just make a touch ranger and spam those. you'll probably be fine. not a very tough boss. general touch ranger builds can be found on pvx wiki

Let's keep it simple, you can't solo the entire dungeon, (which is if Cyndr is the end boss, Heart of the Shiverpeaks and not Destruction's Depths) and kill the boss with any build currently known, maybe anyone has a secret build which can do it, but I doubt.
This dungeon contains: Life stealing, Heavy degen (10+) , KD , conditions , Enchantment Removal and the Boss Carapace.
If you find a way to solo this, you are brilliant. I think it is one of the hardest dungeons to solo.

I don't understand why on earth you would want to solo this dungeon. It's not that you will get more items from the chest or more reputation points that way.

The OP didn't talk about runs. He was talking about soloing in order to "obtain a clear chest" - whatever that may mean.
Anyway, offering such runs in NM would be pointless, as you can join a runner group any time. All you need is 4 people dropping a barrel, then the run will be fast and effecient. Why pay for it?
In HM, all the averse circumstances that Moriean already talked about would apply even more.

It can be done with variations of 600-smite, but I can't think of any way a single person could complete it.
