Lennymon, are you willing to take over this thread? As we could use someone to update the opening post. If you won't do it, I will apply for the job. But I'd rather have you do it
Any other people that are interested in doing it please say so!

I would, but I have a couple issues. First one is I think its pretty well finished (there may be other bosses - new frontiers, but lets leave some for folks to figure out on their own), and second one is I have absolutely no sense of organization or any related skills ;P. There are a lot of threads which continue after the relevant info has been posted, but I've never gotten the point I guess. With Hanego leaving, I'm gonna offer the opinion that we should leave this thread as a memorial. Sorry if that sounds harsh or weak, its all just my opinion.

You have got a good point there... most of it is already there indeed. Perhaps we will need to work on it again when nightfall comes out

Thanks all for the thread (22 pages reading later). I started my toucher after encountering one in the PvP arenas, and though..what the heck, lets try it. Then heard you could solo bosses...heheEHAHAHAHAAH. Started with Darkroot Entropy... then Milthuran and the Stonereaper... fun stuff. Working on the multiple hits now and the "precison hits" for the more expensive greens. ;] I will bookmark and contribute later as appropriate as I enjoy farming, and my dual grandmaster cartographer ranger will be my first chara into Nightfall ;]

Nah i'm still here... returned from a banning a couple of days ago and couldn't find the thread.
I had a go taking the ranger Ice Breaker farming... it works aslong as you can keep the agro down and keep evasive stances up. They have no healing as all so theres no worry there.

For the few comments in this thread regarding equipment... I see everyone recommends the +hp mods, but does anybody use +5 armor to greater effect? On my warrior I prefer +5 overall and I was wondering if there's a particular reason everybody is using +hp... just to offset the health sacrifice for OoB?

+5 armor is useless if you dodge and evade everything, +30 health is good for degen. But optimal (for me) is 3 sets: 2x20/20 blood, and 2x-1/+15 no defense or health, and a 1 of each in between. These mods are far more useful than either defense or fortitude for this build, but of the two defense is less useful.

Bagged Bzzr Wingmender last night and got the focus on the first kill! Woot! I would like to learn how to get deeper into Rheas and get Lorelle and Incetol..want his focus for my monke.... per the thread this is a team kill... are there any "meeting" times?
EDIT: Managed Byzzr, Locust Lord, and got to Brightclaw but could not kill the bug because of his dang spirit...going to have to work on it... the run is not too difficult at all, just requires a bit of patrol watching.
And can someone confirm that Milthuran DOES NOT drop his staff unless he is holding it...seems I read that somwhere in the thread.

Bosses can drop their green at ANY time! regardless of what they are holding.
+5 armor mod = what I use, but I use the axe for running too, where +5 armor is sure good.
One benefit of +armor above +health = you sacrifice less health with OoB.
+health, will work as well I recon.
Grats on Chkkr locust lord. Bring interrupts for brightclaw.

Bosses can drop their green whether or not they're holding it. Ghial always uses his green staff but don't always drop it.
I went to touch up Cultist Rajazan for his nice green. He wanded me at first to my stop my advance. But when I got up close and personal, he whipped out a Wicked Blade (I believe), I thought 'damn! he ain't gonna drop it' but I continued to touch him up anyway, and when it got too much for him, he dropped his green...Yay Me!
I've just got hold of a +5 energy sword, and have yet to decide between a fortitude or armour mod for it.

Thanks miss and fury... back to 5 run stints into Rheas for milt, since his staff seems to be readily in demand. Typically he holds a wicked blade, but will wand you from a distance, then swaps back to blade when you close distance. Further, has anyone else experienced the Whispering Rit Lord being stingy?
Yeah, I am debating trading in my totem axe... and getting me a sexy katana with a mod on it...though the totem has served very well.

Having killed him with this build originally and farmed him well over 100 times... i can safely say he's the stingiest boss i have ever touched. Although i wouldn't say he's anywhere close to as stingy as the Kaolin bosses...

Totem Axe & Forgotten Fan is easy though it takes some time.
16 Expertise
11-12 Blood
Rest wherever (beast for the spirit)
Used a +5nrg sword with +health.
[extra slot]| Plague Touch | Distracting
Vamp Bite
Vamp Touch
Offering of Blood *
Whirling Def (can use something else) | Apply poison could work
Zojoun's Haste
Dodge
Energizing Wind
Used an odd build. Energizing Wind actually dropped the touch cost to 4, or at least it looked like it was 4. Was using Rotting Flesh but it was mainly useles so don't bother with it.
The Wind Riders can get annoying with interrupt, try to fight them only starting at 100% health and energy.
The skales die quickly, disease from them isn't much of a problem.
Life Pods, I used an attack-skill-skill strategy. Normally only two pop up, one will just sit there and the other will spam his enchants. Not taking much damage from my sword I ignored his Holy Wrath. Attack once to reset his energy to 0 then use two skills, vamp-vamp or vamp-OoB. Repeat with the second. When three pods pop up it will take a bit longer.
One could argue it's faster to use a ranged attack to just kill the behemoths and ignore the pods. But this way is fun, and it's all about touch farming .

I've switched from a Totem Axe to a +5 energy katana (definitely looks sexier ).
I modded it with an armor pommel and a poisonous hilt. Other than the lengthen condition hilts, nothing else seemed that useful. Hopefully if I Plague Touch off poison, the duration will be extended on my target... it's not necessary to have as it's just a minor advantage (a better than nothing type thing).
