I'm open to rethinking the categories, but the idea behind Easy / Medium / Hard was that I wanted to give people an idea of how long they might expect to spend before making a kill. I did that with the theory that time is the most important factor of difficulty, at least as difficulty relates to farming.
What do you guys think about this? I'd welcome feedback on how useful the categries/hit list idea is.

Some are a bit misleading. You could make 2 lists. 1 of how long it takes. 2 of how hard they are. Razortongue takes about 5-10 minutes, but the fact if you don't use the wall properly or bring along enough dodging skills, his 200 damage Melandrus Shot begins to sting. Ritualist Construct takes about 5 minutes but can be tricky. Whispering Rit Lord... starting from Unwaking Waters, cuts out the difficulty of the run (which wasn't great anyway). If the route i've got sorted now it means you can kill the Whispering Rit Lord in about the same time it takes to kill Milthuran.

I think it can be done in like 3 mins or less..(not certain, but it seemed to go really quick)

I thank you for this, I've been after this boss for a while (since I started a assassin) but he would never drop when I hit him with my necro so when I read this, a few days after I started testing touch ranger for pve stuff, I knew I had to get my ranger a bit further in cantha so i could hit him.
After getting there and pretty much perfecting the hit on him in the last few days I thought I'd try to get the run into the "3 mins or less" rating set above, which had impressed me so much when i read it.
I was pleased to not only get a vid of under 3 mins but to get a drop whilst on vid, what more could you want. Big thanks to both Hanego Ategeh for getting this thread started and to Mistical miss for finally helping me beat the demon that is chkkr locust lord.
Here's the vid and I'm pretty proud of it.
Solo Chkkr Locust Lord in under 3 mins
For me that's a perfect run. The run to him was good, the pull was good, the kill was fast and I got a green at the end. If only every run was like that, hehe, I wish.

I'll check out the vid. Thanks for posting, and I am glad that I could help get people started on this.
For the record, Chkkr Locust Lord is a target I went after 3rd or something, after getting started with Xuekao. It was early for me with solo touching bosses, and Chkkr kept getting the better of me. Kudos to you and Mistical Miss for showing us how it's done.
EDIT: I just timed myself. Chkkr's definitely in Easy.

Hmm.. drop rates seem to be out of whack atm. Did the Byzzr Wingmender, Chkkr Locustlord, Chkkr Brightclaw run about 7-8 times last night. Lucky me :/ got 4 Byzzr’s Benedictions, not single green from the other guys. Anyone else having similar experiences with weird drop rates?

For myself, I have mostly been hitting these just to confirm difficulty levels, so I can't speak to drop rates.
Sorry if they seem off.

Confirmed Flower Spiritgarden, medium.
You must touch him with bow in hand, use touch skills sparingly to stay alive, and dirt/whirling to provide some protection. Watch and wait for the preservation and recup spirits to drop, and be ready to distract them when they he is recasting them. As soon as you can distract both of those in close timing together, switch to your touching set and unload on him.

Thanks,
Killing arius:
You NEED to have more kurzick faction than luxon faction for this!
throw dirt -whirling defense- lightning reflexes - dodge- haste - vamp touch-vamp bite- offering of blood
at start kill milth, hes an easy catch, kill the assassin, dodge out, kill the warrior dodge, kill the remaining one, kill the boss...
from there go east as fast as you can and DIE, you will respawn somewhere in the middle of rheas crater, go right when u spawn down into the pit (small path) and you will see him and his group.
Lure them to the group of seacreatures above him, they will fight, make sure arius wins. Kill all remaining outcasts. Go through the usual cycle while fighting arius, you should have no problem killing him, he has no respectable self heal.

Just done a new timed run for the Whispering Ritual Lord starting from Unwaking Waters (Luxon) using a shorter route. This doesn't always happen this smoothly. Factors like a patrol coming too close to him so you can't lure him making you have to wait for him to come round. If all things go to plan the run is 1minute, the luring is 1 minute (less if the AI screws up the use of Rit Lord), the killing is <1 minute. He seems to be getting less stingy. Took about 20-30 runs to get the first green. Since then i've had another 2 in 10-15. For a green worth 50k+, its a frigging easy farm.

has anyone else killed darkroot?
I'm not finding this to be easy in the least bit

Yep. I killed Darkroot. He's easy, just requires a little NPC manipulation, like the Razorfin Fleshrend kill.
The Wardens can be taken out with the help of the Shrine; the Mantises and Darkroot's group are not friends. If you bring both groups of Mantises to Mr. Entrop, it's pretty easy to get him solo.
If Darkroot himself is blind he's got nothing, he's almost completely shut down.
EDIT: Also, for future reference: the way this thread is set up, you can tell if multiple people are pulling off the kill by *where* the target is posted. If the target is posted at the top of the thread (the "Hit List") and has a rating, then that target has been proposed by one person with a difficulty rating, and that target and difficulty rating has then been independently confirmed by another toucher. If you are just getting started, I suggest sticking to these targets until you get the hang of it.

I warned ya, that one is listed as very hard.
It's very hard.
It requires:
1) something of a specialized skillset
2) major NPC manipulation
3) hit and run tactics
4) lucky recharges
and probably some other stuff I now forget.

I can't seem to get Jayne by him/herself, I looked at Fossa's guide and everything but eventime I hit Jayne with an arrow(when I'm in a location that if I press C it'd target Jayne) his/her whole family comes down to attack me. Once I notice that not 1, but like 20 red dots are moving towards me, I try to move back to time eater's group. while I'm doing this without dodge the wardens from Jayne's group is still not breaking off and it all gets icky from there....with dodge jayne breaks off and I'm at a lost of what to do..

If hes not far enough away from the enemy group, try to dodge to the other side, the group will reform, maybe jayne comes to you on the other side, you can lure him further that way. It often requires some pulls to try an lure him away. If you fail at pulling him 5 times, map back and try again.

I tried the FoW spidey farm with this build, I came to the cave but couldn't keep up with the poison, plague touch and keeping my health high enough to not, you know, die. The run there was very easy though and I did get a shard and a gold shadow blade.

What's annoying when running through his/her mob is those barb traps that are seemingly everywhere, and the NONE SHALL PASS chains along with lacerate/brambles to give a nice -6 degen...
I've managed to pull him/her after a few runs today, so I'm not really sure what I was doing wrong, but that now I can do this. so thanks
