i use E/A build (Shadow Form, teleport,Ebon Battle Standard of Honor. intensity, sliver, obsidian flame,Dark escape) and i dont have any problem to kill him
just bring +20% enchantment on ur weapon for Shadow Form and u have enough time to kill him with sliver. Take obsidian flame (196dmg @ LB rank8) if sliver is not enough. Lightbringer title is very usefull here.

I've farmed this guy tons!

Shadow form
deaths charge
glyph of elemental power
sliver armor
obisidian flame
shell shock
armor of earth
dark escape.

Put a few attributes on air and a minor air rune and boom hes owned.

In about 40 runs i got 6x exuros will and 2 elite ele tomes

Also i forgot to mention there is a ritualist boss not that far that you can also kill in hard mode, dont forget to take the lightbringer points bonus.
