I really think the anti-farm code is alive and well. I was Raptor farming last night and was getting 1-2 golds consistently every run. Suddenly ALL the gold drops just stopped. I literally went 10 runs in a row with no golds whatsoever. So, I took a break, ran a dungeon, and when I came back, the golds were dropping again for me. :/

i spent 48 hours straight when factions was released perfecting a method of soling this guy , i could sprint to him really quickly and actually SEE if he was holding his green staff, if he was i would procedd with my pulling and killing method, if not i would rezne and try again, at this time there was not 1 solo build for farming him publicaly available , i was selling these staff for at LEAST 100k each and o nthe best day i farmed 14 of them, lol

pretty sure i was a large part of the greens getting nerfed, as i must have took close to 10 million gold in 5 days before i got bored

I got 800k farming doa for 13 hours straight.
This was before lootscaling & torment gems were 15k/ea.

I actually get better drops when I kill a mob with Spiteful Spirit all at the same time then when I kill them 1 by 1 with Spoil Victor (not mentioning the fact that it's quicker). I'm just saying this because I compared both some days ago but only for a short amount of time so you can still be correct.

forgot, farming < merchant. But being a merchant takes uber1337haxxor skillz and a lot of patience, something most people don't have. I tried it once, went from 500g to 100k+4e in 1 hour, then the next week lost it all

. Its not fun having a perf dead sword when it drops in value...

I actually read that post, but I keep convincing myself that killing all enemies at the same time is better, but I'm probably wrong...

Not to mention that that post is quite old... changes may have been made...
