The length of deep freeze does not depend on the water attribute. As the damage comes from the fire skills, you don't need MoM here. + The enchantment ends if you use a non elemental skill, so its pretty useless anyway, as you have to maintain Heeling Breeze.

Won't the 12 in Earth Magic make Stone Flesh Aura unmaintainable?

Kinetic Armor and Armor of Earth don't stack. Lose one of them. Can't help thinking that the Chaos Plains Assa farmer could lend this build a hand with it's Frigid Armor and Burning Speed. They're in different attribute lines and Burning Speed is quite spammable, which grants energy from Sliver Armor, Frozen Burst and Frigid Armor. This idea could really work, needs testing...
