I think arcane echo should be enough. Considering most of the other triple shots would trigger about the same amount. I think 1 MoP would be better to have than to cast 3 with barrage. It also would open up the elite use instead of being stuck with barrage on the rangers.

I suppose arcane echo so if needed you could cast it again before 20 seconds. Along with triple shot and volley just about any/r could utilize any elite they could want. Also, any/r with access to pve skills should all bring ebon vanguard assassin support as a free damage character to help with the damage.

I have a feeling everyone with vanguard sin casting on the target might nearly instant kill it with all of the iron palms though, so that could be bad I guess if they kill the MoP target.

MoP does cause scatter, ive tried stuff with it in the past

The 3 MoP+Barrage+Splinter would be WAY better than the triple shot version. This is because even though most people don't know it, splinter does physical damage. Therefore all of the splinter triggers would trigger MoP as well, resulting in each barrager activating at least 9 MoPs for 9*3*42=1134 damage from mop alone
