any where with corsair in hard mode-moddok crevace(the start of the mission,and the explorable area both are good places) and chabek village are good places.

if I were you, I'd just try to farm hm zehlon reach, western exit of the astralarium
when hm was introduced, it used to be one of the most overfarmed areas |

As said anywhere there are corsairs in Nightfall, you have a chance of getting either one.

R9 is about 30-40k, because people stopped farming them and its still a nice skin i think. Tattoo'd are worth less... actually dunno if you would be successful at selling it. Nice skin, but undesired...
