Sincerely I farmed most of the para bosses on a warrior, with the good old strategy of clearing the way with h/h. Most of them then will go down with [[Dragon Slash][[brawling headbutt][[Steelfang Slash]. Jishol Darksong should be very straightforward (15^50 +30 bleeding spear) - I believe with ur 55 should go down too.

Yeah, just kill all his mates first, he uses leaders comfort and with his allies around will heal like crazy... so SS them first then hit him hard...

55 SV with Angorodons gaze as ur energy health booster. Kills the war guys and then go for Darksong. He goes down quick and its real easy even in HM. Do it all the time and have never gotten a damn thing from him. Hate my drop rate.

That's funny. I hit Darksong today to capture his elite (for Hayda!) and he actually dropped that spear (for Hayda!). Wow, something actually worked out well for me for once.
EDIT: Actually Darksong is very easy using Mist Form once I went back and decided to farm him for real. I was running a very basic build of Mist Form, Sliver Armor, and boosting spells. It's actually easier in hard mode since the increased attack speed activates more sliver damage. In about 50-60 runs I got 5 Darksongs, 2 elite paragon tomes, and an R7 AR15 Shield! (along with the normal drops).
And NOW Anet decides to double green drops in a few days.... :/

I think that Darksong should go down with 600/smite quite fast.

Just messed around with a build on my ranger, that give Jishol boss kill turnaround time of right at 1 minute. Wiki doesn't list some of the warrior skills [Hammer Bash], and they apparently also have some sort of interrupt as well (was not able to see what it was).
I had been doing this on my A/E, pulling the cobalts north to the behemoths and using sliver - slower, but able to kill boss and 3-4 others...
I was messing around for about 20 minutes trying builds with/without blocking (15 energy), and scored 5 green spears... It requires > 45 energy, so I use radiants and a 20en/20%ench staff. Wand Jishol, he will run away at times...
EDIT: Hard Mode...
[build=OgYTk4FfHydgdAVQ4IXkHKVEHEA]
Simple - 1, run to mob, target Jishol, aggro, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
Should be easy to make into an any/E build (find another skill for [Whirling Defense]).

The interrupt is a knockdown skill. You can use [I am unstoppable] if it's a problem.

Thing is, I got interrupted multiple times WITHOUT getting knocked down. This was when I used the build above without enabling [Magnetic Aura] or [Whirling Defense].
Therefore I suspect that, in addition to [Hammer Bash], they also have something like [Distracting Blow] - neither of which is listed on wiki (and I absolutely *KNOW* they do have [Hammer Bash]).
Also, using that skill you recommend mean that you have to drop one of the damage boosting skills - which makes it too close to call (boss might not die before [Sliver Armor] wears out). Might be worth trying [Asuran Scan], but I ASS-U-ME that this only applies to physical damage...
