You can just make en ele 600.

And I wanna say so but I'm not sure, I think you can 330 it

You can definitely 600/smite it with a 600 ele. I have seen it done by a friend many times.

Protective Spirit
Spirit Bond
Spirit of Absorbtion
Glyph of swiftness
Obsidian Flesh
(Some way to kill the end bosses degen, or sliver armor mabye)
Essence Bond
Balthazars Spirit

12+4 earth
12 prot
3 energy storage

The bosses have a gelatinous heal skill which absorbs all damage and heals the ooze. If you know how to pull them its easy, otherwise you can turn of retribution+holy wrath and use that utility skill to kill them.
