I assume spring = sprint
If you can bring along a para hero (like it says on the pvx build). This will free up a skill slot so you can replace sprint with guardians defence which should increase survivability.
Like said before, watch some youtube videos and make sure you are balling the raptors up and have just about every one thats in that cave.
Otherwise its a question of practise.
PS. Just realised it is probably Unsuspecting strike from the broodmother which is killing you. Hits for about 200 damage sometimes. You need guardians defence, Knights insignia, Rune of vitae and all that jazz.

You don't need to mess around with insignias at all. Having knights, sub absorption, and a piercing shield will give you a little larger window, but the window is big enough with just a warrior's standard equip.
You do however need above a minor sword rune. With only a minor it doesn't matter how I pull the boss is always left with just a sliver. I end up using a superior rune since it is what I have sitting around. As far as equipment goes all you really need is 80 armor, 16 armor shield, a sword, and at least +3 to swordmanship, anything else just increases your window.

lolwut?
On-topic: To have 100% guaranteed survivability you must have full Knights Insignias. Also, Protector's Defense is an extremely important skill to have if you want to live. Change out sprint-- you do not need it. Paragon heroes are your friend.

wait until all the nestlings (33-34of them) are swarmed around you before hitting whirlwind doing this should kill them all and also the paragon hero so you can get rid of sprint

Keep an eye on your radar. Aggro every raptor in the cave, pull them next to the large rock just after you see the "Defeat Rekoff!" message, and then watch your radar closely. Whirlwind them when all those red dots are right on top of you. That should kill the boss.
I'm with everyone else too: bring Protector's Defense in place of Sprint, and bring a paragon hero with Vocal Was Sogolon.
