First of i want to apolagise if this not readable but im posting this on my mobile. Ok now im going to suprise you all THIS IS NOT A SIN BUILD.Instead it uses the ele skill mist form for invincibility.Now mist form cancels out all damage but DOES NOT makes spells fail so watch out for ench removal or interupts(if u go mes sec for degen u can use mantra of resolve to counter interrupt).Now u might think "hey but if i use mist form i cant do damage anymore" now since sliver and radiation field arent attacks u can do dmg since u only cant deal dmg with attacks.Lets move on with the skills 1 GoS (to perma it ofcourse) 2 mist form 3 GoLe 4+some degen skills or the well known sliver chain +dc or flame djins haste/dash.Equips: any high energy wep of 20%ench (+focus) NOTE:if u are going tombs with this build i would take a monk with balth spirit and succor for energy management.If u have comments,ideas,complaints pls tell me since i only had enough time to test if mf was maintainable without dp PS:if u want to post this anywhere else go ahead but at least gimme credit =p EDIT:Ohh srry ofcourse u will need 16 water magic and full radiant attunement for it =p

Old news. Here is a better idea, an ele with Shadow Form that causes all spells fail and use earth defense spells to make all damage 0. Lastly use raident field to degen the foes to death. That way, spells like Backfire and Shatter Enchantment won't kill you instantly.

Please please dont use the term "perma" - sadly its already been binded to sins and when i read title i thought sin straight away.
Only shadowform to my knowledge ( cant spell that damn word lol ) has ever been labled perma - never heard yet of perma 55`s / perma necros / perma mystic regens or even perma avatar of .... .

(damn got beat by 3 mins posting - need to type faster and learn how to spell words )

Not correct. "Perma-sliver" builds were labeled long before perma sins came along, referring to a build that could maintain Sliver Armor full time.

hmm doesnt explain tho how sins got tagged as perma slivers - technically they cant keep it 24/7 ( or couldnt ) tho i say still "perma" has been labled mainly to sins now - would be interesting tho to find first perma sin build and first perma sliver build tho would take ages to go thru updates etc to see what skills were originally as.
