Drazach Thicket Speed Clear (DTSC)
The SCAR Alliance has been working on DTSC for a while and made the run pretty fast (12-14 mins average, possibility of getting a 9/10 min run) The whole run nets about 16-16.5k Kurzick faction so you can technically max your title in under 100 hours from no faction!
Basically, the run starts from The Eternal Grove and you 600/smite in 4 pathways to vanquish the whole zone, resign, rinse and repeat.
There are 4 teams of 600 / smiters and the builds are as follows;
600
[build prof=Monk/Warrior Divine=12 Protection=12 Tactics=3][Protective Spirit][Spirit Bond][Shield of Absorption][Spell Breaker][Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support]["Finish Him!"][Blessed Aura][Essence Bond][/build]
or
[build prof=Monk/Warrior Divine=12 Protection=12 Tactics=3][Protective Spirit][Spirit Bond][Shield of Absorption][Spell Breaker][Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support][Pain Inverter][Blessed Aura][Essence Bond][/build]
and for the smiter:
[build prof=Monk/Necromancer Smiting=12 Protection=12 Blood=3][Unyielding Aura][Blessed Signet][Purge Signet][Blood Ritual][Holy Wrath][Retribution][Balthazar's Spirit][Vital Blessing][/build] (The smiter can take out Blood Ritual for By Ural's Hammer! if the tank feels confident they don't need it.
The run starts where everyone tanks and spanks the mesmer boss and his group then goes off in their seperate ways, with the groups all ending at the dragon moss near the north portal to Saint Anjeka's Shrine.
Hazards
At the start of every mob the tanks have to put up spell breaker before engaging in battle. The "Warden of the Spirits" and "Warden of Minds" (mesmers) have [Shatter Enchantment] and [Cry of Frustration]; the "Mantis Stormcallers" (elementalists) have [Maelstrom], and the Warden of the Trees/Forest (warriors) have [Devastating Hammer], [Counter Blow], and ["None Shall Pass!"] so be wary of knockdowns and don't auto attack. The "Undergrowths" have [Bulls Strike] so the east-team has to be careful of trying to pull them together. The Oni (which pop somewhere in the red-area in the map shown) also have [Shadow Shroud], so when you see them pop throw up [Spell Breaker] or have your Smiter quickly [purge signet] you and throw up [shield of absorption] to tank them out.
For a picture reference, the route is as follows:
All the stars in colour represent bosses that spawn (purple = mesmer, green = necro/ranger etc...). For the east-team The Skill Eater and The Pain Eater (the cyan-coloured ritualist bosses) as well as any "Skill Hungry Gaki" have both [Dissonance] and [Disenchantment], which hit through spellbreaker, so be careful when aggroing them
The blue line being the East team, the Red line being the centre-right team, the Green line is the Centre-left team, and the Yellow line is the west team.
And the texmod can be downloaded here if you want the paths directly on your map:

Pure Win. Excellent 5/5 Stars Guide. Are there going to be any more speed clear guides for other zones throughout the game?

Well this run was originally made here;
http://www.thpk.net/index.php?topic=767.0
But we improved it and changed some stuff around (we did NOT introduce the concept of 4 600/smite teams, but the paths / roles etc... are all of our own ideas).
The main reason we made this into a really efficient speed clear was because it's the best and fastest currently known method for aquiring Kurzick Faction (gogo 80-100 hour = max title anyone?) and our guild was getting restless after everyone came back from Mount Qinkai and maxed their luxon titles.

I'm recovering from maxing Luxon via MQSC, so I'm not about to start another grind, though I am very familiar with the concept.
My question is this: wouldn't Disenchantment mean insta death? What's the counter for it? 600 spamming his first 3 skill hoping you don't get unbonded?

There are two types of Gaki, pain and skill hungry Gaki (The Pain Eater and The Skill Eater's underlings respectively). The pain-hungry gaki cast nothing more then bloodsong, destruction and pain, which you don't have to worry about; but the skill-hungry gaki pack Dissonance, Disenchantment etc...
When you're facing a skill-hungry gaki or the skill eater, you have to aggro them and wait until they start casting their spirits, then start backing up steps. Since you aggroed them initially, they will pull out of the nest of spirits they made and the spirits won't attack you. When you're killing "The Skill Hunter" though, he is located on the very tip of a huge hill, so be careful as you will have to pull him farther to compensate for the increased range the spirits get because of their aerial advantage.
But yeah, if you stand there and try to tank it, it will kill you.

Question though. I dont play monk much and I have been smiter on this run once or twice but with Holy Wrath zapping all your energy, how would you go about activating ["by ural's hammer!"]?

by using before your energy reaches 0
in middle of the fight blessed signet should give you enough energy to cast Urals before your energy is drained

Forgive me if this sounds stupid but looking at the paths and the locations where the Bosses are, would you not get more faction starting up North in Saint Anjika Shrine? What I mean is that, woudnt it allow you the kills you need to get the maximum faction from killing each boss instead of fighting them right off the bat as each path comes out with little to no kills?
I simply wish to understand

You activate [By Ural's Hammer] either right before getting hit by the group, or swapping from a -5e (brain over brawns or something similar) to a normal set and hitting it, then swapping back to your low energy set and hitting blessed signet to hide your regained energy.
Also, you start from that side (Eternal) because you still get the 25 kills needed for max faction for the bosses except the mesmer one, which is 250 faction less, hardly worth it when you can go 3-4 minutes faster / run then starting at Saint Anjeka's Shrine. Also, if Saint Anjeka's shrine gets taken over by Luxons, then you won't have the Kurzick priests to give you the Kurzick Bounty (missing out on about 5k faction), wheras The Eternal Grove can never be overthrown because it's a mission.
And yes Kottis, sharing builds with the public is ftw :P

VWK Rits can take on the Oni. The problem with a Rit on this run is the lack of a self equipped spell breaker. Can be done, probably not as efficient though.

Whereas posting a very usefull method for DTSC is very instructive for those that haven't been in faction farming dedicated alliance/guilds, i am sure that the popular SCAR is fully competent aswell in elite area farming like DoA they are used to clear dayly.

It doesnt matter who owns a farm or not. Each of these guides are written by different people with variations on builds and how to do things and I appreciate all of them. I really appreciate the Textmod file though, as im learning I have been crossing paths with others and it is very helpful, thank you
