hi ive been looking for a long time for a guide on where and how to farm eternal weapons if any1 has a link or another post i would be eternally gratefull.

Chest run Domain of fear area where there are terrorweb dryders. You can get Inscripable Eternal shields, ghostly staves, eternal bows, stormbows. Also in that area I have gotten Fiery Dragon swords, Fiery/Icy bladed axes. If you have the holding the line quest there you also have a chance at a chest with inscripable magma shields.

Uselockpicks and do Normal Mode if you want best return. The Hard Mode running, Ive found after 2k chests, you get too many grapes or low value rares. With normal mode, you can at least get2-4 more uses out of one lockpick. On top of that, the runs are much faster.

Yes, there are locked chests in Normal Mode, however not in the area where I recommended that you run.

If you mean in the terrorweb "pits," the Margonite Chests do spawn there. All the same loot. I'm sorry if I misread though.

The Margonite chest has a lower gold to purple ratio (30-40% gold to 60-70% purple) where as the Locked chest in HM has ~70% gold to ~30% purple. It was real easy to run it in HM with the old SF, however now it might be harder.

Chests always spawn near an enemy group and tend to be associated with them... the items they drop are of the same "category" as the monsters. If you have undead, you would be seeing dead bows, dead swords, sephis axes, etc. If you have tyrian titans, you will be seeing magmas arms and magma shields. If the chest spawns near uw dryders, well, it will be dropping eternal staffs and shields and so on.

It doesnt matter what difficulty, the item "type" is always the same. Only rarity and stats (such as damage, armor, energy, etc) change

Take a look at the wiki and you will find the dryders

sorry, guess they've removed it, its been some time since I last looked in there. Its the room on the south-east corner of the map. go there in normal mode and have a look around. you are looking for chests spawned in groups of dryders

Leave from Gate of Fear and enter Domain of Fear and follow this path. You will see terrorweb dryders.
