Spirit Spamming is better for SOME areas. 330 is still faster for certain farms like the halcyon job. 330 is best for farms where a 55 monk or spirit bond monk worked.

Does this work with Zaishen Challenge still? That you tube vid is 2 years old, and I'm not having much luck.
*edit* Found a trick to get it working. Hide behind a wall, and force the Iway group to get close and melee you. Works very fast.
