Let's chalk it up to miscommunication.
The Ranger build works nice for the Undercity Kappa - or any regular perma build will work there. Another suggestion, for both Undercity and Gyala Kappa, maybe try using Elemental Resistance and Channeling. You'll get +40 armor for elemental damage and if you stand closer to the Kappa, Channeling will give you massive amounts of energy every time you cast a spell. |
