Dervish HM Cho's Estate farm
Using Vow of Strength, Sand Shards, and Reap Impurities to blow shit up for farming Cho's Estate in Hard Mode. "I Am Unstoppable!" counts the warriors as they spam Shove. Relatively little defense is needed with Armor of Sanctity and Mystic Regeneration. Necrotic Traversal allows you to teleport to bodies and therefore past gates. Generally, the only requirements are Armor of Sanctity and "I Am Unstoppable!" to tank groups and Necrotic Traversal to teleport though gates. The rest is up to the player.
Build
12+1+2 Earth Prayers
9+1 Scythe Mastery
9+1 Mysticism- Aura Slicer
- Reap Impurities
- Vow of Strength
- Sand Shards
- "I Am Unstoppable!"
- Armor of Sanctity
- Mystic Regeneration
- Necrotic Traversal
Equipment
Full Windwalker Insignias
Zealous/Vampiric Scythe of Enchanting
Usage
Precast Sand Shards before aggroing, this will give you an extra cast to kill groups faster. Use "I Am Unstoppable!" to avoid KDs from Shove. Use Mystic Regeneration either before or during aggro to keep your health up. Once the enemies are balled, use Armor of Sanctity and you should take little to no damage. Kill groups with Vow of Strength and alternating between Aura Slicer and Reap Impurities. Recast Sand Shards whenever it drops. Avoid using Reap Impurities against single targets as leaving Cracked Armor on will mean faster kills. The video shows the general path and where to use Necrotic Traversal.
You can drop Reap Impurities and "I Am Unstoppable!" for Dwarven Stability and Drunken Master if you use alcohol. Fleeting Stability or Enchanted Haste can be used for an IMS and Heart of Fury for IAS. Mystic Vigor can replace Mystic Regeneration for recovery.

There have been a lot of Minister Cho's farms over the years... nice to see another one, especially for dervish.
The farm is a good place for warrior item golds such as bladed shields, katana, etc. But plenty of the nicer Canthan Skins drop here. As mentioned, its also a decent place to farm mats like wood, iron and occasionally granite (from some of the tribal weapons that drop). Also, during events, the animals in Minister Cho's menagerie drop a decent amount of festival items, and there are two bosses you can fight (warrior and necro) so you have some chances for elite tomes.
Good hunting.

once again i have to check on on guru not gwpvx - so what if a build to you is mediocre in your view. The community here likes to post builds regardless of the views of people who obviously come from gwpvx.
And im sure if you asked others - when i said this threads was in reply to that other thread - they may agree its a reply , either that or by some strange miracle you got inspired to post a build.
Since when did it become a rule that players can experiment with builds only if it suits gwpvx`s guideline.
To think when some players state gwpvx has gone downhill and isnt a fraction of how good it used to , i doubted them but now im starting to agree.
Im gonna head back to the guru community who i prefer being with

What does pvx have to do with it? I posted this as a guild wars player, not "someone from pvx", don't use that a straw man to evade the issue. That may be what you think, but your ad populum argument doesn't hold weight. I don't think you understand what you imply by guidelines. Guidelines are only guidelines, they don't have to be followed as rules or forcing you to run a certain build. You're simply associating non-existent bells and whistles when I bring up builds from pvxwiki in my argument. If you're going to use gwpvx to avoid actual discussion, please don't post on this thread and waste everyone's time.

As a gw player then you should understand especially on guru we post builds regardless of how fast the build is.Some players post builds to get input on improving and not get told its mediocre and in a way worthless.Pvx was a gd example and i saw another post elsewhere when you were advertising gwpvx site , a player saying how bad that sites become with its views etc.If you want to be regarded as a gw player and not "someone from pvx" then you shoudlnt post adverts on guru advertising pvx.
If you sit back and look you may notice that - CE posted his build to which you put down but then you posted an alt build for it - and CE also posted an improved build.
See the chain of events - if CE hadnt posted then i doubt you`d have posted the derv varient or doubt we`d even be talking.
