Gives me another crazy idea....i always get crazy ideas...but ..sadly..they always fail me
With the attributes as mentioned above except 0 tactics and 12 swordsmanship,
Life Siphon(3 degeneration)
Life Transfer{E}(8 degeneration)
Faintheartedness(2 degeneration, target also attacks 50% slower)
Gash(4 degeneration(bleeding))
Sever Artery(Decreses HP 20%)
Final Thrust(Finishing Blow)
Insidious Parasite(For getting HP back when getting hit)
Vampiric Touch(74 HP)
This gives us -17pips of degeneration.....1 vamp touch n 1 final thrust to finish it off

MAX degen for foe is 10... anything over is just a waste..... just a tip
-Like i said in my earlier post, Life Transfer and Life sipion are all you need to give enemy MAX
degen which is unfortunetly only 10 : <
CAST life transfer, Life Siphion, and shadow strike.... they should be below 50% life with Max Health Degen..... do what u like from here but its a nasty start, especially for u to run in and finish them off tank style or u could still use your vampric touch to finish them off but 15 energy is alot when at this point u could use adrenaline skills and melee to finish them instead of VT which is going to leave u completely DRAINED and vulnerable

*HINT* lose Frenzy... u take double damage and having weaker armor than a warrior thats the last thing you want!

Yep, I agree with what you said Undead Preacher---Life Transfer, Life Siphon, Shadow Strike, Vampiric Gaze...are all good choices.
You're right about Frenzy too. The last thing a Necromancer needs is weakened armor..

ewww. I'd rather try a vamp/toa build with OoB to fuel the healing. You don't have to be a meleemancer to use any of the othe rspells.

If you have frenzy period the build wont work unless you know what you are doing, but being a caster you are higher up in the who to target first list and with no other stances you cant cancel out frenzy if you needed to

Sorry, but I would just like to point out that having more than 10 degen can often be useful, since if a monk tries to counter it with healing breeze, it will more than likely have no affect, depending on how much degen you have put on them, and how much regen they have
Thanks,
Optime.

yes that is true, but healing breeze seems like a dumb skill in pvp. it give regen so that means that a few hits counter it.

this is pvp build..... foe is gunna be healed no matter what..... casting till u have -20 health regen is kinda a waste of energy..... can still be healed with -50 regen..... max is enough
