Hypothetical W/N - comments needed
1) Enfeebling Blood
2) Grenths Balance {E}
3) Dolyak Signet
4) "Watch Yourself!"
5) Savage Slash
6) Galrath Slash
7) Bonetti's Defense
8) Healing Signet
Plan for fighting:
-Cast Enfeebling Blood on any Melee enemy and IGNORE THEM! This is crucial...the weakness will lessen their damage (combined with Dolyak and Watch yourself) and you can use them for Grenths Balance and their hits will provide energy when you activate bonettis)
Basically you take out casters and minion makers first. Grenths Balance would be used on close range enemy to gain health without stopping long, and Enfeebling Blood would keep their damage low. Of course, I realise Grenths and Enfeebling will use alot of energy if you keep using them, and so Bonetti's Defense would make use of the weakened close range fighters to gain much needed energy.
Im going out now, so I will check this when I return. I reckon this could work effectiently around Grenths Footprint. Please leave suggestions etc, and be nice; this is my first build submission. I haven't tried it yet because I don't want to spend money until Im sure I have got the best I can achieve.

I assume this is just for PvE, not PvP.
What are the attributes, since you are using strength, tactics, sword and curses?
If you are targeting 1 enemy then just take Enfeeble, it only costs 5. Prudent use of the 2 energy skills and the rest adrenaline/signet and you should be ok for energy. Keep a curses-artifact in an alt slot for energy if needed.
If you went with axe instead of sword you could have an adrenaline interrupt instead of the 10 energy savage slash.
How do you keep an enfeebled melee enemy on you anyway? Also I assume you realize that Bonettis ends if you use a skill.
Finally, it would be good to put the rez signet in there, everyone should always have one when playing with a team. Perhaps instead of Dolyak, which may hinder you if a caster flees.

Wow Im glad to recieve a reply that wasn't just "stafoo noob".
Ok...I have recently made my first 55er and I take bonettis with me for a 5 second energy burst. It would be used in a similar way on this build...you would use it briefly for the energy gain (maybe 5-20 energy depending on how many melee are hitting) and then end it when you use a skill.
I chose Enfeebling Blood because if you are hit by multiple melee enemy, you will need an area of effect curse. Obviously it goes without saying, you would need to move around to group them together so it weakens them all. The enfeebled melee enemies would suffer weakness, and would do alot less damage. Combined with the +60 armour from "Watch Yourself!" and Dolyak, you would be doing well. Dolyak is also INVALUABLE for killing Ice Golems because of the knockdown resistance.
A res is not needed because you would be soloing (which I failed to specify).
I failed to think about attribute distribution. I would usually say buy a couple of major runes and a sup/major vigor, but this is bad because Grenths Balance is based on your max health, and the lower your max health is, the lesser the effect of Grenths Balance.
For attributes, I guess I would go for something like.
Curses: 7 (for 12 seconds of weakness; it has a 5 sec recharge so you should be ok)
Strength: 10 maybe?
Tactics: Again, 10 would be adequate
The rest could be put into Axe Mastery or Swordmanship. I went for sword simply because, with an axe, you have the temptation to take Cyclone axe, which is bad because it would hit the melee around you, making Grenths Balance less effective. Also, the adrenaline costs for most axe skills are higher. However, maybe Furious Axe or Penetrating Blow could be taken.
I would think that a Zealous axe would be invaluably helpful.

I would change Galrath Slash and put in For Great Justice, since you will be relying on Bonetti's Defense for your defense and energy gain.
Just to let you know, incase you already don't, Weakness has no effect on skills. So if a melee warrior uses a high damage skill against you, you will be hurt by that skill. Weakness only affects normal attacks.
Also, I notice you have no defense against conditions. Blindness will hurt you tremendously. Take Plague Touch to get rid of blindness, bleeding, etc.
Just things for you to think about.

I'd use Distracting Blow over Savage Slash. Half the recharge, and since you're spreading your attributes over Curses, Tactics, Strength, and Sword the +damage from Savage Slash won't be life saving.

Sweet idea, although it does ditto some other guys grenthfootprint farming build other than he didnt have watchyourself in....work on a couple of skills and you might be getting some where, as mentioned above plague touch would be good however in grenths footprint there isnt anything that blinds you...i think there is bleeding, but i would worry more about hexes. Also, i would take another stance e.g sheild stance for emergancy's over watchyour self unless you are using the priest method.
