There are many Axe builds in the Warrior Builds Thread. Take a look at them.
As for what I think is the best? That is a very subjective matter. Many will take one build, others will take another build, etc. It really depends on what you plan on doing with it (like farming, UW, FoW, ToPK, solo, PUGs, PvP, PvE, etc.).
Since you asked for a build of W/x:
Here is one (not the best, but still...)
Eviscerate (e)
Cyclone Axe
Disrupting Chop
Disciplined Stance
Watch Yourself
Healing Signet
For Great Justice
Rez Signet
Axe: Max
Tactics: Max
Strength: Rest
Hope this helps a bit.

Well, you made it as far as to post this question in the Warrior board, so I imagine it's not that difficult to expect you to also be able to click the stickies and use the search feature to find popular axe builds.
Problems with your post:
1 - No clue what you want to do with your axe.
2 - If you want to kill something with an axe. Just swing it.
3 - If you're looking for PvE builds... well, what? Where?
4 - If this is PvP you're in the wrong board.
5 - What level are you? Do you have all the skills?
6 - Are you planning on farming? Or is this for general PvE play?
There's so much more you could put into this than just saying:
"I have an axe. I want to play. Give aid."
(Imagine a huge set of bored old eyes looking at you, dumbfounded.)
Anyhow, for the sake of at least giving you somewhat of an idea.... let's try something fun:
Warrior/Ranger
Axe Mastery (9 just enough for your axe; achieve with 8+1 via minor rune)
Tactics (9 well rounded, enough to get use; achieve with 8+1 via minor rune)
Strength (9 well rounded again, achieve with 7+1+1 via minor rune & strength helm)
Beast Mastery (12 all the way to the top)
This assumes you have 200 attribute points. You must complete both attribute point quests (search Guildwiki if you need to) and be level 20. You will need to have captured an Elite axe skill. The rest is purchasable at Dakk or easily already unlocked from questing.
Cleave [E] (A based)
Penetrating Blow (A based)
Dismember (A based)
Distracting Blow (Energy based)
Tiger's Fury (Energy based; stance)
Sprint (Energy based; stance; Running skill)
Heal Signet
Antidote Signet (you need to be able to remove blindness from yourself)
You will need a zealous axe of some kind. Preferably a max damage, Req8~9, 15%^50, zealous axe. So long as it has stats similar to that, you will be fine.
This Warrior is not meant to really use up energy for attacking, but more, for supporting his attacks. You will be spending 10 energy to maintain Tiger's Fury the whole time. No other energy really should be spent while in that stance, except for Distracting blow, in case you need to interrupt something, like an enemy heal skill. If you have a zealous axe, you will maintain plenty of energy to cover the cost of Tiger's Fury. If you don't have it, you will not have the energy and you will rarely get to use it and you will have a slow damaging build.
Your goal is to attack casters, or anyone else that is not neccessarily in the middle of the fight. Sprint to them, breaking argo with most things if neccessary. Immediately change to Tiger's Fury and just build adrenaline. Once the adrenaline is flowing, you'll notice a progression of your skills activating and waiting for you: cleave -> penetrate -> cleave -> dismember -> cleave -> penetrate, etc, etc, etc. They will be eating a lot of damage, very quickly.
When it's over, heal if neccessary and don't forget to remove blindness if you get dirt or something thrown in your face with your antidote sig.
... Go get 'em tiger.

Why can't people use the search button or even try?

Im glad someone posted this before I got to it. Really you were WAY nicer than I would have been. There is nothing worst than posts such as that of the OP.
