Ah thanx Livingston .... i didn't know that you could get different versions of Luxon... although when i looked at guildwiki .... it said +1 strength ..... if that is true then ill meet the 13 requirement. I will try to see if i can do anything about understanding... although I think that from the span of 14 months .... i understand mostly about armors and etc.

Ah I understand what you mean now. The helm is what gives you the +1 strength bonus. So yes if you have a 12 strength and you wear the Dreadnought's helm you will have a 13 strength and the armor will work for you.

Usually when people talk about different armors they leave out the helms as most people will buy multiple helms no matter which armor they choose so they can switch out for different builds they are using. Usually warriors will put a weapon mastery rune in the helm so they can switch the helm depending on what weapon they are using.

Dante, Dante, Dante...

I'm disappointed in you. You didn't read the material. The answer to that question is in one of the links I posted above.

Now reading is fundamental. Word!

Go to the warrior armor one. Click on Luxon (15K). It will show you the price for each one (15k) and what materials are needed for it. As materials very in price depending on market shifts, there can't be a solid number for this. So look at the materials, go to the rare material trader and find out what price they are. Then add everything up.

the best way to figure out what armor you want is to figure out what skills you want. i have seen some beastmaster warriors in glads that where really good in pve(its cool to see a war fighting along side his pet). but if your going to use a -5 energy weapon your going to have 15 energy -whatever for dp. i know you said you mainly use adren skills, but if you want to use more ranger skills your really going to need that energy. and if your that well funded why not get a high AL and a high energy set. you dont need both sets in 15k. =P

and myself i would go 10 or 11 str and put the reast into beast or tactics(skills pending). i used to run 14 strenght when i fell in love with battle rage, but lately i have been using an all energy/signet build. and play with your stats if you worried about damage go to the isle of the nameless and beat on the dummies, and compare damage.

hope this helps.
ps. Who knows what options nightfall will bring. maybe a +al while using adren skills or somthing.

yea...guess so...ive been thinking about putting some attribute points in my beastmastery ..... but im actually NOT that well funded... I blew all my hard earned trading money 175k on an exalted aegis and a sundering crellanated sword of fortitude, plus a little extra from ebay.

But I saw on the ranger forums that my beast can do 17-28 damage (at level 12 attributes) with strikes in 2.13 ( maybe less?) intervals .... that would make a nice asset, and since I own a 8 req. sword... I can probably trim down my swordsmanship to 5 (with my superior rune +3 so it'll be 8 total) and put them into my beastmastery to make it 12. I'd rather not get two sets of armor because it takes up too much space. Plus, it would be rather pricy, since my objective is to put in the runes minor strength, minor tactics, superior vigor, superior swordsmanship, and superior absorption. I'd really like to get sentinals now though and think about gladiators when I get enough money, because right now i only have enough money to CRAFT the armor :-(. If I could get twice that amount, i would be able to buy my sentinals versoin of the armor with the neccesary runes that i want.

Also, i only use comfort animal and charm animal in my inventory.

You can get you account deleted for that, as it's against Anet's user policy. Also that's the best way to turn your name to crap on these forums.

How often do you play on your warrior over the last 14 months? Doesnt sound like you play much in the 14 months period.

1) your original build wasted a skill slot for pet (charm animal) because you did not have a skill to res pet. Once your pet die, you are petless. (I'm assuming your last spot on the skill bar is for Res spell/signet). My suggestion - drop the pet unless you going to spend another skill slot for pet res.

2) You seem to play the game mostly on looks so you'll be paying alot more for items. My suggestion - care about look is fine but think about what you are getting

3) You can have a req 8 sword but your are not doing the max damage possible until your swordmanship are atleast 12 - so a req 7 sword look nice but the you will not do the most dmg.

3) Sundering mods is way over rated. read here http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...d.php?t=118344

4) You got ripped off with the shield because it is a Faction end game item that you can get when finish the game with a character. You can buy the amulet to trade for that shield for about 30k. And that shield is -5 dmg (20% chances) so you get hit 100 times, 100 dmg is reduced (20 time you will be reduce x 5dmg each time = 100).

I've been using gladiator armor set for a while now, with more energy i can run all sort of builds so i will suggest gladiator amor. Seem to me that you set your mind on one single build and buy all your stuffs around that build. I think that is bad because you put all your eggs in one basket. You should be more flexible on builds in case you want to run something different in the future. Especially when you will invest in a 15k armor set. Look at guildwiki for other people's build and get some idea from there. The build you posted could use alot of improvements. Well just my constucted critism.

P.S sell the sword and get a better sword. 15^50 is the way to go.

What :-( seriously...no one told me that :-(.... how can I get banned from Anet if I don't like spending time playing guildwars for hours long :-(. Plus i only found this out from these forums. Its been a month now can I still get banned... this sux :-( Wat should i do. If you can give me the rules and stuff and wherer Anet lists it. I don't think that would be fair to delete your account probably ban it for sometime. They would also HAVE to pay you back your money too for all the stuff that you did in the game. i would get at least a 50$ refund or guil wars is crap to me now...because they expect us to waste our life "farming" for money to buy their overexpensive stuff. Maybe I should have gone to WoW .... they probably let you buy money.

Also... I am not technically putting too many eggs into one basket. personally I would like to get my luxon 15k armor sentinals version. After that I will aim for gladiators armor being my secondary armor for PvP (i am not sure which one to get kurzack 15k or the ever so pricy obsidian armor). But right now i am almost finished getting my luxon 15k. I have 81k or something 71 jadeites and 4 chitin. I am still not able to have my superior rune of vigor :-( i am trying to get it... but its too expensive for me. I hope i can get the armor. (plus does anyone know if I have to give extra materials for sentinals?) And FOR THE LAST TIME .... I CAN'T DROP MY SWORD CAUSE THATS ABOUT 250K INVESTED I HAVE BEEN DOING FINE SO FAR AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE LAST TO DIE EVEN WITH MY 71 AL ARMOR with NO RUNES. AND FYI I HAVE TRIED TO SELL IT BUT NO ONE WILL BUY IT!

^ apologize for the caps, but I hate that you guys are twisting around everything and telling me that i am wrong all the time. opinions are ok...but when you ask me to sell my sword cause its junk .... then thats too much.

P.S. no i haven't been playing too much gw in my 14 month span.... but i have to maintain my 92 average in school which is already crap being that i am minimum A...arg NVM this....

So ill have 15 swordsmanship, 13 strength, 5 tactics, and 5 beastiary. (thats if I use the runes, superior swordsmanship(already have), superior absorption (already have), minor strength, minor tactics, and superior vigor.)

I am using a gold MAX damage req. 8 sundering (20/20) crellenated blade (15%/-5 energy) of fortitude (+30) as well as an green MAX DEFENSE exalted aegis (9 strength, +30 health and something else, i think its like -5 damage while in stance?)

CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THIS IS A GOOD IDEA?
If your going to have 13 strength, you may as well get Sentinel's armor.
