i was wondering if some one knew where he is located and if they had a build i can use to farm him?

I'm afraid he isent to be seen anywhere, he is buried in the old tombs and that is where you find his items, dropped from the darkness in the end.

I am sure there is a build to solo them but it wont work since you have to get trough all of tombs, meaning that if it was to work it has to be a hell of a good build. If you find one, tell me

There is no boss named Victo. Victo's items however drop from the Darkness in Tomb of the Primordal Kings in Prophecies. I don't think there is any solo build, but 8 person Barrage/Pet builds are the common way to get through that area. For more information on this I suggest you search www.guildwiki.org

Soloing tombs is impossible, hands down. No build could get you through that alone.

Its in Prophecies in the Crystal Desert. After you finish the three missions there you get to The Dragons Lair. You walk north into a zone that takes you to Tombs. Barrage/Pet groups are the most popular but there is a 5 man build on wikki you could check out if you get some guildies together.
