Summary: Simple really. It takes a little bit of practice to get used to, but once you do everything becomes a breeze.
Start by casting Live Vicariously. Once you've aggroed your mob, hit Dolyak Signet, followed by Vigorous Spirit. Then use Cyclone Axe, to get all your adrenal skills charged. Now use Gladiator's Defense. Keep using Cyclone Axe when available for extra damage. When Glads begins to blink, use Shield Bash. Instead of looking for the KD animation, I look at my effects bar, and wait for it to dissapear. Once it does, it means it has taken effect. Immediately hit "On Your Knees!". Because it drains all adrenaline, I like using Cyclone Axe one more time, then Bonettis to fill up my energy before I use Glad's defense again. Keep using Cyclone Axe, and Dolyak Signet whenever theyre recharged. Remember to re-cast Vigorous Spirit when your second use of Glad's defense is blinking, then use Bonettis /Cyclone alternating between them to make sure Bonettis is never down. When Shield Bash is ready again, repeat what you did at the start, and by this use of Glad's Defense, your mob should be dead.
Notes: None yet.
