They aren't talking about the best way to boost your health and still be useful for anything. This is just how you get the max hp possible for a laugh.

If you're talking about actual PvE, I'd recommend having about 500hp, give or take. Usually I advocate high hp, but the mob AI is designed to target players will low health. Having really high hp will make it harder to hold aggro. My monk rarely gets aggro, even if I'm standing toward the front of the group, largely due to the fact that I have 640hp.

Health > Armor > Is the target enchanted.

Personally I prefer armor over health due to the first. Unferth and Vaka sit around 490/551/581 depending on weapons/shields/etc. My PvE builds are centered around damage mitigation rather than recovery. The more health you have the less energy your monks have, and damage not taken is energy not wasted. =P

I claim no superiority, these are my personal preferences.

I'm not sure I completely understood your post, Dzus, but I'd agree that armor and damage reduction is better than hps in PvE. This just further supports my argument that a PvE warrior shouldn't have super high hps. Then again, they shouldn't have super low hps either because they may get blasted out of the water by a lvl 28 nuker or something along those lines. This is why I advocate ~500hp. It's ideal for the casters to have higher hps so the AI will target the tank more often.

I wasn't making any challenge to your post, merely explaining the AI's functionality then stating my opinion on the thread's topic. =P

I usually have 505 Hp, I use 1 Sup for my weapon of choice, 1 minor vigor and the rest minors for +1 to everything thats left besides the weapon attribute I chose.
