Energy bazed warrior build - any sugestions?
First of all i want to apolagise for some kind of selfish thread but if you help me you will probably help someone else with same/simillar problem.
Back on topic, i recently made new warrior and i need a PvE build for him. Reason i want it to be energy bazed is because i am buying gladiator's armor soon (cause of the look) and it would be shame that it's insignias are uslles.
I dont Have much skills unlocked but that isn't problem, the problem is that i need to know which skills to take. I prefer sword warrior, but axe warrior is ok for me too... i dont like hammer in PvE so if no one asks for hammer warrior build, dont waste your time writeing it.
So if u have some ideas, don't be shy - share them with us!

I wouldn't recommend an energy heavy build on a war... the energy regen for a war is 2 pips which means after using a couple high energy skills you're effectively shutdown for the remainder of the fight. That doesn't mean gladiator's armour is a waste though. It means you can use high energy cost skills to supplement adrenaline skills. With lots of energy, using For Great Justice can help you build adrenaline faster and it does help in running builds to have more energy. I don't use energy much since the war's natural regen makes it prohibitive but most war attributes have several energy skills you can look into (Cyclone Axe for axe mastery for example). I'd help more but most of my builds are heavy on adrenaline and light on energy.

Yeah, like Ishtar said: Don't do it. Glad's armor is just to soak up a little bit of energy loss from the energy skills you DO need to use. Glad's isn't useless, even if you don't use many energy skills.

Well it depends what you want to do you can run
[card]Warrior's Endurance[/card]
But as for a full build it sounds kind of hard since warriors don't have that many options for energy based attack skills.
Might have to dip into some of the other meele classes.
Dervish has some options since some of the skills are only meele attacks not scythe based attacks.

Thx for answers.
Ah nwm. i will still farm for 15k glads cause i just love the look of it. Although there are better insignias than this one i will try to make it useful by playing some variation of Dragon Slash build that takes some self heal and condition removal skills like Medning touch or something like that.... Rebirth is useful in PvE too.... thx anyway and if u still have some ideas, post them here!
Sry for my awfull English. *shy*

you would still need to invest in scythe mastery for those to be effective...

well, you could use the steady build.....
16 tactics
12 in the weapon attribute of your choice
rest in str
Steady stance (elite)
Desperation Blow
Drunken Blow
Soldiers Strike
(optional)
Watch yourself
Healing Signet
Res Signet
optional can be anything from "fear me" (as you get allot of adrenaline with this build) to plauge touch (to get rid of those conditions in a fun way).
Use is simple, get a weapon you like (the build is all tactics so it will work with any weapon) and go hunting. When you aggro a mob cast steady before you cast one of the blows. Then cast watch yourself and then the strike. Keep looping until death (using the optional when you see fit).
Or you can use a VwK build, but you can search for that, there to many posts on them already

I played variation of the build you suggested in HB and it was quite effective so i think that it might be ok.

the +5 energy or w/e glads provide shouldn't be enough incentive to make a energy-based war build imo.
