Ok, I'm sure this is much easier for any monk, but some people are too lazy to make monks. Anyway, heres build:
Armor: Gladiator's Armor. This build requires alot of energy which you get by enemies attacking you.
Weapons: Malion's Shield and Totem Axe.
Skills:
Retribution
Balthazar's Spirit
Symbol of Wrath
Kirin's Wrath
Healing Hands (elite)
Purge Conditions
"I Will Survive!"
Dolyak Signet
Attributes: Smiting: 12
Healing: 11
Strength: 8 (+1)
Axe Mastery: 3 (+1)
*As you can see, no superior runes, you need your health
Description: Get quest from Elder Hezron in Beetletun. Exit Beetletun to Watchtower Coast. As soon as it finishes loading, put up Retribution and Balthazar's Spirit. You will have no energy gain. alk to the objective green thing on your map. Do not let the Lionguards fight yet. If an undead monk or two slips by and attempts to kill the guards, thats fine. The first enemies to use symbol of wrath and kirin's wrath on are the Restless Corpses and Hellhounds. Both go down very quickly. After, try to find large groups of spellcasters and archers. Remember to use healing hands when your health is low. You don't have to really use I Will Survive! yet. Next three waves are easy. 4th round however, you must face phantoms. These guys are tough to kill with this build, just try to use symbol of wrath or Kirin's when he is using Excraveting Charge. Also, I don't know why, but these guys weakness is not holy damage so each second only does 27 damage rather than 50. Round 5 is ghouls and a bone dragon. Kill the ghouls. Retreat to Lionguard. Remember to use "I will survive!", there are ALOT of conditions you must either cleanse or live with. When the lionguard are attacking, this is your chance to strike! Attack Necrid Horseman. He doesn't seem to move from symbol of wrath too much and his minions will turn against the undead! Next take down every guy that isn't close to the bone dragon. After, team up with the Lionguard to kick some screaming dragon butt! Don't try to kill dragon without killing his henchmen, otherwise you'll be cursing and screaming
after every attack gets interrupted.
Drops
Sephis Axes
Wands and staves (many gold)
long swords
dead bows
decayed Orr emblems
I may try and update this build later.

Majesty's Rest maybe. Haven't really tried it there though. lol, I don't think this build would work against Rotscale but maybe the enemies surrounding the island. I'll try it out sometime

Mark of Protection. Its protection prayers if you haven't already figured that out. It costs 10 energy, and it reverses any damage done to your character to heal instead. It takes 45 seconds to recharge though versus 25 seconds on healing hands. I also don't know what other benefits protection prayers can have.

heal breeze
mending (lol)
balthzars spirit
a decent strength sheild
and a sword with possibly +20% enchanting
i would had thought that would be enough =]

If you were a monk primary I could see swapping out the healing for more protection-oriented skills like MoP and Shielding Hands (just for dmg reduction and simulating HH).

Shield of Judgment is the FAR better chioce for an Elite. At 12 Smiting, you're doing 82 damage and knocking down each undead. Couple that with Symbol of Wrath or Kirin's Wrath, and it's seconds before everything dies. Healing Sig is more than enough to get you through.

its only the last couple of waves that drop anything, but they usually drop 1 or 2 purples and golds.
Its very rare to get a max damage drop though, however, if you get a max 15^50 sephis axe, thats around 500k in the pocket. :P

Unless I'm mistaken, the skeleton ele's there use blinding flash, so you'd need some condition removal.

The Higher level enemies such as the phantoms and wraiths tend to drop the golds alot.

Yep got that right..
its better if you go with:
Mending
Balthazars spirit
vigerous spirit
healing breeze
SOJ [E]
Symbol of wrath
For rest skills you can take smite/banish/bonetti/.../whateva
Wapon:
Some staff with +20 vs undead
You can kill everything there with this build, only problem is that all sephis axese that i found, well, i wouldnt use them if my warrior would be lvl1 becouse they are so crapy
oh and i do this farm with warrior and have no energy problems

a plain 55 build with 1 cast of SoJ will kill them all. the first 2 groups don't drop anything but the next 3 do. after the 4th group slowly head towards the portal or you will get spiked by the necros. they do drop ALOT of golds but that wears of really fast though unfortunatley. got 3 gold sephis axes in about 30 min but none were max or even near it =(. kept one that is 3 off of mx dmg and 19/20 sundering and +29 hp. also if you want to just kill them for materials then go to the gates of kryta mission and go behind the house...plenty of them there.

Except for the smoke phantoms, they die in 2-3.
