Dude, thats way too vague to get you anywhere. There are hundreds of builds, find them yourself.

sever
gash
dolyak signet
frenzy
healing signet
riposte (or deadly riposte)
healing hands (or hundred blades)

attributes depend on choice of skills. 8+ healing is a must.

well imo a mending warrior is viable up until yaks bend or so...so if you are slow in leveling or in the newbie islands....try taking mending until you are lvl 10-12. After that never put it on your skill bar as a warrior unless it is for a specific build/farm

Actually mending warrior can be viable in the entire game, just very bad...
