Anyone have a good build for warrior in FoW? Also, would an obsidian tank work there?

If you mean to solo farm FoW, then yes, you need to check out the Farming forum. If you mean just for general, full-party play, anything that works in other high level areas should work there too. Its not nearly so difficult that an Obsidian Flesh tank is needed, hard mode included. Since you asked if it would "work," yes of course it would. It would just be overkill and slow down the run due to the unnecessary caution.

If you mean in an 8 man group there is no need what so ever for an obsidian tank, FoW is incredibly easy in nm so just take a build you would take in another high-end area.

well if my ranger can obs tank FoW,theres no doubt a warrior cant tank it(during my days when i played wammo it still worked)

An obsidian tank is a warrior that uses [skill=text]Obsidian Flesh[/skill] to keep himself alive and immune to spells. I'm not sure of the exact build, but it has obsidian flesh, signet of stamina, endure pain (I think), Dolyak signet/armor boost.

The only time obs tanks arn't counter productive (i.e, slow you down), is in DoA. You surely won't need one in FoW.

EDIT: Ah, found the build on PvX. Next time, look there for common builds.
