Warrior's Endurance
Is this elite skill not able to be capped? Wiki says it's captured from a Custodian in any of the three ascension missions, but they don't seem to exist.

The easiest way to get all the desert elites is to go into Thirsty River since you're guaranteed to fight a boss of all six professions. The Warrior will be in the final group where you also fight a Monk and a Ranger.

The page also contains a map with his location
On a sidenote though : it's a bad elite.

It may not be staple but it can be fun and pretty effective, with a scythe for example.
Yes it can be capped, its the first prophecies warrior elite.

Why waste a tome, its a really easy cap. You have to do the mission anyway.

Personally, I like [[Warrior's Endurance]. It allows me to spam [[Power Attack] and, now that I have Nightfall, [[Counterattack]. Add in [[Weapon of Aggression] for IAS (and, since that means W/Rt, might as well toss in [[Ancestor's Rage] since you'll speccing Channeling and be right in the middle of things) and [[Wild Blow] for blockers. And, despite [[Wild Blow], a mid-cost adrenal attack ([[Dismember] or [[Penetrating Blow] for Axes, for example) would be good, depending on what weapon's being used.
EDIT: Oh, and I forgot to mention [["I Am The Strongest!"] being in that last slot. And, when I don't care about IAS (since I'm not using adrenal skills - and thus have recharge times to deal with - it's not as important) I go W/R and use, even before the buff, [[Antidote Signet] to get rid of pesky blindness.
Obviously you wouldn't want to use this build around areas with Energy thieves (eg, the Mist Vaettirs in the Far Shiverpeaks), but in most of PvE it's actually quite effective.

For Warriors this does for energy skills what ["For Great Justice!"] does for adrenaline skills. Unfortunately, it takes up the place of elites that could be doing more damage and causing conditions or knockdown, which precludes it from being useful in most situations (unless you're pretending to be a high-armor Sin, which doesn't work, btw).

It disallows you the power of an IAS, which is bad.
@Ogre - I hope that was sarcasm.

1) There there's at least one non-Stance IAS option ([[Weapon of Aggression], which I mentioned - slightly pricey, but with [[Warrior's Endurance], that's not much of a factor. The only problem with it is if you're used to activating your IAS while running in and have to change your habits).
2) Why would I be sarcastic about a build that I've been using in most PvE areas with very good results?

PvE is easy. I prefer to leave a weapon spell slot open for Splinter Weapon, as it's muuuch better on an off character. Wasting your elite slot on energy management on a Warrior which also disallows you an IAS stance is also bad.
Splinter Weapon + IAS > No Splinter Weapon + IAS.
And Power Attack is terribad.

I use a Rt hero with Weapon of Aggression and put it on me and go W/Me and use Arcane Echo and Echo and have a W hero with Warriors Endurance and then I arcane mimicry that and basically I do EPIC DPS thanks to having a nonstop stream of 2 energy attacks that all strike for +50 damage.

Warrior's endurance builds can be fun and effective. Yes you are right PvE is easy, so why does it matter? You could say "D-slash/SY is epic win" then I could reply "So? PvE is easy", see what I mean?

This is a PvE build discussion board. This skill is absolutely horrible, fun but horrible. Yeah, PvE is easy, but taking the best option and improving that option through the PvE discussion board is the idea.

PvE is easy yes - so why not have fun with skills that wouldnt see the light of day on your bar in pvp?
Warriors endurance can be amusing with a scythe or lolwut daggers. After three years playing its the retarded builds that are fun now ~ not the effective ones... Just remember its only for fun

I'm running an energy-heavy W/D build. I've found counter attack to be a highly effect energy regen, but it's hard to get it to hit 3 targets.

I could see maybe running this skill if you're in some place (Dragon's Lair, Imperial Sanctum, Gate of Madness) where you need to be spamming Wild Blow to remove a stance off some boss, but other then that, yeah, I'd never use this skill.
