For starters, drop all the attributes in the monk line. For all of the Nightfall starter isle the monk henchman is more than enough.
Divide your attribs between Strength and Swordmanship - or just put all of it in Swordmanship.
Don't carry around monk heals - your job is to deal the damage. If you find that too often, the monk henchman fails at healing you and your team, be more careful when facing enemies. Don't run into a huge mob, or run from mob to mob without a break.
Get the best armor you can, when it's available. just look for people with [ Armor ] in their name, and compare the armor they're selling with the one you're wearing. If it has a higher rating, buy a new set for yourself.
Or, since you have Kamadan, take a Ferry to the Docks, and buy max armor there. It shouldn't be needed (my mesmer made it through the story and most quests up to the Docks with the armors that are available as you progress) but it will help a lot.
Also, buy some better weapons. You might not be able to craft one (they're not the cheapest) but it shouldn't be hard to find a max damage req9 one from a player for a good price. Same for a shield.

I just think you need to get further into the game. Eventually youll start learning what type of builds work where, and how to use them.

First of all, split your attribute points between Sword (or whatever weapon) and Strenth, you won't need to be healing using healing prayers, since you can get a decent self heal from Lion's Comfort (it's better than heal sig, and in a more useful line), which is in the strength line (also gives a decent adren boost). You should get a IAS (increase attack speed). For PvE, you can use Frenzy or Flail. Frenzy if you're confident in your ability to cancel stance, or Flail if you're not (or just lazy). Another thing you should consider is getting more (better) skills. Power Attack will drain your energy fast, and as a warrior, you don't have much in terms of energy regen. A decent sword chain is Sever Artery -> Gash -> Final Thrust.
If you need anything else, feel free to PM me in-game. I would help with the quest, but I don't PvE anymore.

Not really, if you've seen some of the stuff people have got away with in PvE you would really want to change your mind.
As for the build, Power Attack and most /Mo skills are bad in the case of a Warrior. The only /Mo skills that would make it onto my bar are [[mending touch] and a hard res skill.
A Warrior build should have deep wound, an IAS (Increased Attack Speed) and utility. Check out the Warrior guide in the Warrior sub-forum of The Campfire for an extremely detailed guide to Warriors. It's stickied so it should be easier to find.

This is a tough quest for a newbie whose first game is Nightfall. At least you made it past the first nest, so if you're having fun with your build, then I guess it's good enough.
One thing to learn here that will be of great benefit: learn to pull. I believe the nests here are close together. So what you want to do is flag your team out of the aggro bubble, and get a bow to shoot at the nearest enemy. Hopefully this way you'll only get one group coming at you. Run back toward (but not all the way to) your team and unflag them so they can fight with you. If the enemies get overwhelming, try to run, then pull a small group out.

Anyway, to improve your warrior keep upgrading your armor, max for warrior is 80. If you are in starter armor those harpies will sting. Either craft them or check the collectors around.
Most warrior PvE templates go like this
Enraging Charge
Flail
Elite attack
attack nº1
attack nº2
attack nº3 (or optional skill - most likely pve-only skill)
optional (most likely pve-only skill).
rez skill.
Considering you are using a sword and that early in the game get:
[sever artery][gash][steelfang slash][final thrust][healing signet]["for great justice][resurrection signet]. Might consider [power attack] if u need to do something with ur energy but its meh.
If you can get an axe [cyclone axe][critical chop][Disrupting Chop][executioner's strike][healing signet]["for great justice][resurrection signet].
When you get you secondary profession and can get [whirlwind attack] from the hero skill trainer in sunspear great hall (ask for sunspear skills) get rid of [[steelfang slas] and [[disrupting chop].
All these skill are either available as skill rewards, or as unlocks in either kamadan skill trainer or kamadan and sunspear great hall hero skill trainer.

People are giving out alot of advice that isn't really relevant to the early areas of the game. You can worry about perfecting a bar later, for now, work on tactics and whatever you put together should work. On to the actual problem...
If I'm not mistaken, Diamond in the Rough is a quest that pits you against level 13+ Harpies. Seeing as you're level 7, I reccomend you wait until later to complete this quest.
