While you will get some help here, you might think of looking in the PvP forum rather than the PvE forum for a build....

Why waste your secondary skills on trash like Vital Boon and Pious Light when they don't help you kill shit?
Conjure, Shock and Rend Touch are all infinitely better than a shitty, 2-slot self heal.
Also, Rush > EC when it somes to any bar with frenzy.

in my eyes about 99% of the time people ask for a PVP build on the guru forums they have AB in mind other then RA/GVG/HA ect. I also added in "o and you can take the heals off for shock and and rez or some shit" at the end of the build hoping that he had a brain and will take a rez sig in to RA/GVG/HA ect, and not take a rez in to AB, and as for rush i also said you can add that other than EC but thats more of a opinion skill EC can be used in 2 ways, but Rush is the better cancel stance.
this is for Stormlord Alex

Frenzy go with Rush or Sprint. Frenzy does not go with Enraging Charge all alone, you will need a third stance with that. Because the point of Enraging is to gain adrenaline quick and Frenzy is to unleash your adrenaline. It just doesn't work unless you want to risk getting hit while in Frenzy without a cancel or wait until Enraging is about to recharge, but then there is no point in Enraging if you wait.
[Eviscerate][Executioner][Bull's Strike][Frenzy][Rush][Resurrection signet]
The other two spot can be
[disrupting chop] or [agonizing chop] or [distracting strike] depend on build and your pref
[shock] or [death's charge] or conjure or [rip enchantment] or [mending touch] or [antidote signet] or [sight beyond sight] for the last

But what if they don't? Also, other people wanting to know the same thing (found the thread via. search or browsing), will not assume you mean AB. If you're going to post something thats interpreted differently, then say so.

If they were better options they should have been put in the main build. People like the OP who just write 'Omg I need a build for x give me one plzkthx' sometimes just take the first bar they see and don't really care about the rest.

If theres a player that knows as little as is shown by the OP, I don't think they'll be able to know how to vary their build depending on the situation.
He's right though. Having to wait 20 seconds for a cancel stance for Frenzy is bad. Having 2 skills for self-healing is bad.

its till a matter of opinion on what running skill you use, imo does not really matter what 1 you pick, it comes down to what the player is better at using and in the end will still depend on the players skill as a player other then the skills on his bar. Its not that hard to tell when its a bad time to use frenzy any way "hmms there's 6 people hitting me" and in AB "unless I'm not playing monk" i don't think your going to have a team of frenzy hunters and your just as bad off with rush some times due you the need for adrenaline.
as for the 2 heal thing, RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing right i use it when im in AB solo with no monk.

Did you read the last sentence I wrote? Yea, it's a matter of opinion on which running/cancel stance to take, hell WM used to run Charge! sword warriors with Frenzy with no cancel , but I'm just trying to say Frenzy + Enraging is just not the most optimal.
Even with a cancel stance like Rush you still need to know when to use it, so knowing when to use it is not a problem. The point is, you never know when/if you're going to get spike while in Frenzy. If you wait like 15-17 seconds for Enraging then in that time you would have gain those adrenaline (and more) that you'd gain from Enraging. So you can use another stance instead that don't end on hit so you can actually catch kiter.
If you're going to use Frenzy and Enraging Charge then bring a third stance imo. But Enraging is best on hammer as you want to charge adrenaline quick for more KD lock, don't really need it on an axe.
As for rush not charged, just hit something that isn't kiting instead.
Edit: Nevermind, you keep saying AB, so yea, I guess it doesn't matter much there.

I never use self-heals in AB (Nat Stride, Trolls and Mending Touch are stapled on my Ranger though). I prefer taking an extra skill to create more pain instead of that. If you need self-heals, don't waste two skills on it; bring [[lion's comfort], and also gain adrenaline too.
