There is no "best" PvP build, although there are quite a few effective builds for Warrior.
Shock Axe, Magehunter's Smash, Dev Hammer, Cripslash etc.

What weapon do you wish to use?
If you run a sword, you have a lot of options, but they're generally inferior to axe/hammer.
If you run an axe, it's something like Eviscerate, Executioner's Strike, Disrupting Chop, Bull's Strike, Frenzy, Rush, Res Sig and then a utility skill. This last skill can be Rip Enchantment, Shock, or Conjure Frost/Flame/Lightning. Those are just examples but the last skill adds something to your bar.
If you run a hammer, it's probably going to be Magehunter's Smash or Devastating hammer, along with Crushing Blow, Bull's Strike, Hammer bash, Enraging Charge, Flail.
Your options vary a bit more with the hammer, and because you have so many KDs, you can throw a Hard Res (reusable) onto your bar, like Death Pact Signet. You can also throw Rush on.
PvX is a good resource, but I'm just trying to give you a general idea.

Inferior is a strong word to use. Swords provide great pressure when used with a good bar. But the spiking capability of axe and hammer make it less appealing. But as stated PvX good resource, they even have one of the most ancient warrior builds of all that works still (someone try and guess it please ).

In "low-end" PvP such as AB, Hammers are best for getting solo kills on monks.

Hammer's heavy adren costs make it an unsuitable weapon for AB. Easier KD fix:
[sprint][bull's strike][frenzy][coward][dismember][body blow][lion's comfort][shock]

I find Cripslash better than shockaxe.
But that's only cause I haven't bothered learning how to use shockaxe properly... But Cripslash is still nice

I know. LC has been a quite recent addition, before Wars had no viable (non-Elite) way of maintaining adren inbetween skirmishes.
As for Enraging, most ppl pack Sprint.

[Frenzy][Rush][Bull's Strike][Rage of the Ntouka][Sever Artery][Gash][Final Thrust][Death's Charge]
Still my all time favorite AB Warrior.
As for GvG, as many have said, there really isn't a 'best'. It depends a lot on your teams build. However, the standard Shock Axe bar fits into just about anything and has a great balance of damage and disruption.
