Yes. Before rushing into a big group of badddies after killing a group of baddies ask the MONKs if their energy is up. This is Very helpful to the monk

Don't think anyone has mentioned this yet: Heroes (NF and EotN only) and henchmen (in all campaigns) are much much better than people 99.9999% of the time. Most people on the internet have no mental capacity, so they'll usually get you killed if you group with them. Granted, good guild groups and friends (assuming you know good players) are always good to have, but it's not like you have them on demand.
PS: If you haven't already, take a look at my guide (I know this has been mentioned 3 million times so far but it's full of this basic stuff that should have prevented the need to make this thread.)

There is no "best".
E - extra damage with conjures and KD with shock.
Mo - condition removal.
Rt - Best hard resses for pve. (can take a weapon spell but it is better to just bring along a Rt in your group).
R - Condition removal and possibility to cause poison (not that good though). can take a pet if you really want to.
N - condition transferral.
Me - few skills such as hex breaker can be useful.
D - Natural healing to replace healsig or run a strength scythe build.
P - a few shouts/chants that can be useful if you don't have access to a para on your team. Can take enduring harmony to keep things such as FGJ up. Can take sig of return or sig of remedy (antidote sig is better however).
A - Few stances, speed boosts, shadow steps and a variety of utility skills such as disrupting dagger.
The real question is what do you want/need/prefer?
If you are not playing elite aras or HM pve then you can have alot of fun playing around with your secondary. Warrior builds with the exception of a few generally use mostly if not all warrior skills though.

opinions is all you're going to get in Guild Wars when asking about "What is the best ..... ?" (can relate to armor/profession/weapon/inscription/...)
It's situational, and for a large chunk personal preference aswell.
I use the following secondaries in PvE :
A : [[dash] as a quick cancel stance for flail to speed things up
Rt : [[death pact signet]
Mo : [[rebirth] (i use this rarely)
E : [[conjure lightning], [[conjure flame] or [[conjure frost]
Unlike most warriors i don't go P for [[enduring harmony], as i find spamming [[dragon slash] under [[for great justice] rather boring.
