Just an idea
Thought about this today, I still think a standard Dragon Slash build would be better but I just want to have you guys opinion.
[Enraging Charge][Watch Yourself!][Soldier's Fury][Silverwing Slash][Sun and Moon Slash][Final Thrust][For Great Justice!]
Maybe replacing [Silverwing Slash] by [Flail]

except that [soldier's fury] is linked to leadership which is exclusive to paragons
and [enraging charge] is linked to strength which is exclusive to warriors.
so not working right now. throw in Save yourselves and it'll work.

Well 10 seconds is enough and you can recast it since it only costs 5 energy.

Spending 1s to recast your IAS every 10s is not worth it.

Umm Fury does improve your IAS but it also alows you to gain 33% more adrenaline. Still imo its not worth it

I've run something like this before, but with an axe. Boo swords.
I'm not saying this is good by any means, but I think a lot of you are forgetting this is an elite echo. With a paragon in the party with short shouts/chants like [[Anthem of Weariness] or [[Go for the Eyes!], on top of long duration shouts like [[There's Nothing to Fear!], this is pretty much permanent IAS.
It's a nice changeup if you're bored. Just don't take it into HM DoA and expect to get too far.
Edit: good point Shayne. I'm an idiot. Like I implied, I ran it when bored so I just didn't even pay attention to realize it ended. /facepalm

You're thinking of echos that are refrains. Soldier's Fury is an Echo that neither reapplies (a Refrain) nor grants an effect (a Finale) after a chant or shout ends. It's more like [[Enduring Harmony].
I don't like your build, OP. As you sorta suggested, I'd just run Dragon Slash.

Don't run [watch yourself], because it's failtactics, and [save yourselves] exists
Don't run [soldier's fury], because you have better/non-elite IAS available
Don't run [final thrust], because it kills your adren

Exactly, I was kinda bored of spamming Dragon Slash so I decided to try something completely new but I kinda knew it wasn't going anywhere. Still had some fun with it though :P

hmmm though D-Slash is way better liek everyone said, it would be fun just to mess around with. the only thing i dislike is the 1 sec cast time on soldier's fury. ewww
