None. A warrior can do all of these. It also happens to be the fastest raptor farmer in the game.

Ele with shockwave is quicker in nm, all you need on your bar really is mental block, mantra of resolve, by urals, and one shockwave

NM.
Warriors can do everything you mentioned, just don't get discouraged if at first they're difficult to use. Warriors require a lot of finesse.

yep W/N is THE fastest raptor farmer in the land. I used to and still do it perma sliver for shiz and giggles but having a W/N along w/ a para hero and you can destroy them baby dino's in seconds flat once you have them balled up. Great for farming event items. Takes practice but once you get 'it' you'll do it 9/10 times effortlessly.
There are youtube videos on how to do it and the pvx build has the link on exactly how to setup your war from runes to build in the video.

Warrior is a great class.
For high dps i'd suggest W/d scythe warrior. Doing 100+ dps
As every1 else said, it's good for raptors. And in general a fine farmer.
Running can also be done as warrior. Back in the day, only warriors ran Droknars^_^.

splinter barrage does 30s or 40s.

so, I guess I'll start a warrior, shame I don't gave eotn for raptors. Guess I'll have to stick with SoS farming on a ranger

Yes, but how many of these numbers appear on your screen?
If your complaining about damage when the foes aren't balled up try something like this:
Asura Scan, Penerating Attack, Sundering Attack, Prepared Shot, Read The Wind, Lightning Reflexes, D-shot, Dwarven Stability.
Use a Vamp Hornbow. You hit for big damage, they did nerf Penetrating and Sundering in PvP for a reason.
And yes make a warrior. They are great, even more so if you havn't played a melee class before. They can do everything on your list. If you want big money from farming, a Warrior is not the class you want, but there are still some nice farms availible, and you can also get a group for all those Manlyway SC's.

Sloth Hunter's Shot and if you don't mind being (and I don't know why you would) at knife range Point Blank Shot. Big yellow numbers guaranteed.

The recharge on Sloth Hunters is twice as long as Penetrating, and it doesnt feature quick activation. In the long run Penetrating will outdamage it.
The armour pen on Penetrating allows you to dish out damage in HM.
Zojuns Shot and Point Blank Shot make a nice DPS build, could go Experts Dexterity or Glass Arrows as your elite if you go that way.

Armor penetration only applies to damage affected by armor, which is only the base damage of the arrow. The +dmg from attack skills is all armor ignoring. Even though armor penetration allows you to ignore more armor, a higher armored target still has more armor. As armor levels increase +dmg will still do more total damage than armor penetration.
What I'm trying to say is that the idea that armor penetration does more in HM is absolutely wrong.
And in case anyone is getting some crazy idea, don't ever run a w/r with a bow. Really no class has enough energy for bow skills without expertise.

Thanks for correcting me on the armour pen part, Penetrating/Sundering still give a stronger spike ability and are more spammable making them better when it comes to target switching. And they sound cool
A w/r with a bow is fine, as long as you take an Axe/Sword/Hammer bar and have one of those weapons in your inventory and only use the bow for pulling :P

I used Pen/Sund for a while but they just simply cost too much for their damage, even with faster activation. Spamming those at recharge will require more than just expertise.
Sloth is very solid damage - the conditional damage is quite easy to attain.
And I cant agree that Pen/Sun attack give a stronger spike ability when Sloth is a spike by itself. And nothing prevents you following a sloth with a sund attack.

If you read earlier posts you would have noticed I used Prepared Shot.
Faster activation = more arrows in less time = big damage fast. Your hitting 2 big damage attack skills slightly slower than one huge damage attack skill.
Im in no way saying Sloth Hunters is bad, I'm simply justifying why Penetrating and Sundering are great skills.
