First off, take a look at the secondary profession advice I've given in the sticky.

Sounds basic, but many Warriors fail to uphold that.
2) Your choice of secondary skills should be in regards to what you cannot do. Everything your primary can do, you can do better with your primary than your secondary. Basic things Warriors can't do are remove hexes and conditions (this is the Monk's job, however), and have a reusable resurrection skill. If the reusable rez isn't required utility skills such as damage buffs are taken.

So what this means is /Mo should be taken for a reuseable rez skill. Don't try and be a team healer/protter, because you don't have the energy, you won't have enough attributes to balance everything out, you'll probably end up doing one thing (attacking or monking) and neglecting the other, and it just isn't your job. Focus on killing things and you'll be fine.

As to the actual build, it looks like you're still in the early Prophecies areas. What level are you? If you haven't gotten to Lion's Arch yet, don't worry about fine tuning your build too much. You won't have access to any elites and won't be able to jump over to Factions, Nightfall , or EotN for skills either. I'd recommend just getting the general Warrior-ness correct. Get an IAS in (which you've got), some damage, some utility perhaps, etc. Worry about the precise skills later when you've got more access.

As Marty has inferred, your primary roll is in being a warrior. You should be aware that warriors only have a small pool of energy compared to monks and so should not be utilised for healing/protection/smiting. Instead a warrior should concentrate on damage dealing. There's really only a few monk skills that a warrior should use, and as inferred by Marty, they should be to assist your role as a warrior, such as a rez or a buff of some kind.
Also, if you're familiar with other rpg games, you may be surprised to know that the warrior, is more of a damage dealer outright than a tank to maintain aggro, as enemies generally prefer to go for softer targets.
The warrior relies primarily on adrenaline, which is gained by the number of strikes you perform against an opponent. Of course, you need to build up adrenaline and that is what your small pool of energy should be focussed on, utilising skills that hit hard and build adrenaline to enable your other skills. Any remaining energy can be used for other support skills.
As your ability to create builds improves you should be able to balance the energy/adrenaline to a point where you know what will work in a certain situation. But make sure you assign the job of healer to someone who can perform this role, which will primarily be your monks, although there are some other professions that can fill this roll effectively.
At this stage I'd refer you to the article in the GW wiki on starting playing a warrior. It might help you choose your attribute assignments and tailor them for the particular situation.

Others have summed it up very well.
Warrior = Cut stuff and bash stuff and wack stuff and yeah you get the picture :P
As for the secondary of monk. As they have said a reusable rez and maybe a buff of some sort are all that a monk sec can offer a warrior (for general pve).

If a was a wammo in pve i'd use Strength of Honor as a constant[Enchantment Spell. Target ally deals 5...21...25 more damage in melee. ]In fact, that would probably be the only monk skill on my bar.

It looks like you are headed in the right direction, as for the most part your current bar consists of staple skills used on axe builds. What you are missing is Dismember (source of deepwound, which lowers enemies healing and also lowers their max health by 20% or 100hp maximum), rush, which is an easy to build up adrenalin based stance which will give you a speed boost, and also let you cancel out of frenzy if you start taking damage. "For Great Justice!" is a very nice warrior skill for PvE, it will allow you to build adrenalin very quickly. In PvP, bulls strike is popular as it is a source of knockdown, and with rush, it is easier to meet its knockdown condition. I would think it would be a fairly useful skill in PvE as well, as long as you have a stone fist insignia bonded to one of your peices of armor (lengthens your knockdown duration). If you are looking for some monk skills, I would recommend vigorous spirit or live vicariously for heals, holy veil for hex removal and to lengthen the time it takes enemies to cast hexes on you, mending touch to remove conditions from yourself, remove hex as it has a shorter recharge time than holy veil, and Strength of Honor, as it grants huge bonus damage, which is also armor ignoring. You should also have an elite skill on your bar, and for an axe build, there are many options. For PvE, Soldier's
Stance is very powerful, and could replace frenzy on your bar. You would need to combine it with a shout, such as "To the Limit", or "Fear me".
There is also a list of PvE warrior builds here:
