I easily do HM with Heroes and Henchmen too, with a scythe + an armor skill that cleans mobs, anyway there are multiple ways to do HM, there's no need to rage if someone points out a different way.

Btw the only time I micro is when I force the midget to use UA (2 Necros are enough, no one heals better than a monk), and it happens quite rarely.

This is Hard Mode!

Right. I Haven't had the time for GW for some time and some builds are probably out-dated and / or not as effective as possible new variants due to skill changes, but I can't help that atm.

And yes, you can play the build well without microing but it's (as shocking as it may be) more effective if you do so.

- Outback: I use a variant of the sword build in Rragar's HM. forgot which one exactly but it's not like Rragar's is hard.

Also do note I posted this before the Hard Mode change.

I've been out of the loop, but what was the HM change?

Apparently they lost the casting speed buff, which made some dungeons, such as Slaver's and Kathandrax a tad easier.

I see, I was wondering, would a W/D Warrior's Endurance be effective? Although I can see the Energy costs being high.

If I can bodyblock at an edge, I could tank and kill nearly limitless amounts of enemies.

In my experience those blocks are happening every 10th pull. How do you pull of a successfull bodyblock at a straight wall or even at a curved cave wall?

Which dungeon do you guys recommend to start with? So I can get some practice with the build. Thanks.

Right. It's been a while but I've found the time & motivation to play Guild Wars again. I noticed there's been a bunch of skill updates and I will update the original post with better builds soon(tm).

Once every 10 pulls you say? There's little I can do to help you become better at bodyblocking. Obviously you are doing something wrong, have you tried watching my Forgewight video? I know it's only one zone but it should cover up different sorts of bodyblocks. Anyway, what is your main problem when you attempt a bodyblock and it goes wrong?

& to Nokkers: it doesn't have to be a dungeon, you can try any explorable area with majority of the foes being melee, like the zone outside Kaineng City, etc.

Watched the YouTube video for Forgewight, I'm honestly impressed. I was wondering how you balled up foes when there's no corner to use, but turns out you didn't need it and the damage output was such that you could engage the Summit one at a time, put all your damage on that target and dare the Stone Summit healers to outheal it. Very nice - comparatively, when I kill that mob, I engage the entire mob all at the same time. Both sides deal all their damage to everyone else. It's a dangerous move that often results in a few deaths, your way is better lol.

Looking forward to the rest of the guide.

Forgewight's groups' leash is short so it's easy to do it the way I did it in the video. You call it turnaround point, I call it leash. I think the monsters are leashed to certain areas and some groups have shorter leash than others. Exploiting this knowledge gives great results in some areas - which you may know already. ;>

Added a video for ATFH & G.O.L.E.M.

Happy to share my knowledge, but I won't be updating the main post until they remove the limit of 3 heroes per player. I've been testing & tweaking builds and I will share results once it's patch day. Meanwhile I'll record my gameplay in dungeons of choice.

Here's Frostmaw's HM:

Frostmaw's Burrows - levels 1 & 2
Frostmaw's Burrows - level 3
Frostmaw's Burrows - levels 4 & 5 - re-edited & uploaded this one. It SHOULD work properly now.

Still not working for me. never had a problem with gamefront before, maybe it's due to mozilla?

&

Great working with The Fury
I'm learning a lot (had no idea one could tank on GW) and for that, thanks.

Edit: nope, not mozilla, with IE i got the same result :/

Something in the URL is triggering the swear filter on guru. Put some spaces in the URL where it's being changed to 'RED ENGINE GO' and it should post fine.

Tyks, now i can try it myself

I'll check them as soon as o have time.

I'm afraid with the Main+7Henches they'll change some areas/nerf anything.
But a lot will change in GW, no doubt about that.

He wasn't difficult at all for me. I got him in a couple minutes and he and his spawns weren't very difficult to deal with.
