Gates of Kryta (behind Oink's house)
Cursed Lands
The Mirror of Lyss*
Stonewolf Caves
Bjora Marches
Ice Cliff Chasm's
The Hidden City of Ahdashim*
Garden of Seborhin*
Battledepths

*(able to completely vanguish. Just bring a couple of heroes and flag them near the entrance to help you take out any annoying monks)

...just to name a few.

Feathers outside bergens to North Kryta... CoF, ooze pit there may be a slavers build too, but i havnt tryed it.

Or you could easily load up a VwK build with Spirit Rift, Ancestor's Rage, Channeling, Physical Resistance and Arcane Echo to farm for them outside Seitung Harbor. The Tengu out there are all level 12 so it's not like you could easily die and I find that on avg, I end up with about 100 feathers per run.
