With the buffed CoS, I'm running this on Xandra now:
[build prof=Rt Spawning=8+1 Restoration=10+1 Channeling=12+1+1 PvE][Clamor of Souls][Splinter Weapon][Spirit Rift][Mend Body and Soul][Ancestors' Rage][Life][Bloodsong][Flesh of My Flesh][/build]
How does this look?

If you want to stick with what your X-babez does now (instead of going more into resto) - I'd look into Destructive instead.
Dump Bloodsong and use Essence Strike instead.
(Oh and keep in mind - the breakpoints for Life are 9, 12 and 14.)

Still - since this is lightning damage it will get massively reduced.

So I toyed around with Destructive a bit at Aspy and I am not a fan.
Sure it boosts the damage a bit - but I doesn't feel worth it when you could be doing something better. The only time I had fun was with DwG/Rift/AR/DwG - when taking back the mines. Still an ele did the job much easier and better.
Meh at best.
Looks good when you drop DwG though.

Well I want Xandra to spam SW really, that's the only reason I would use her. Otherwise, I'd stick with Vekk or another Ele.
DwG is in Nightfall, I don't have NF yet.
Essence Strike functions similarly to CoS, right? Well I suppose more E-management can't hurt.
I'll adjust AP for Life's breakpoints then.

In which case - I'd look into a secondary elite.
