In my opinion, the best looking staff for rits is Alsin's Walking Stick. It is a green with less than ideal stats, but I find that stats dont matter much anyway for rits who are often carrying items or using spirits rather than spells, and Alsin's Walking Stick looks pretty sexy. Its too bad its skin is a pvp only one.

If you're a fan of Norn armor, there's really no other option than a Charr staff.
