The main reason for that signet is that you can spam your high energy cost attacks.

Consider using it with QZ and Quicksane as it will harm the foes more than it harms you.

Note: QZ + Quicksane + Delibitation shot = 1 of the best E-deny build in GW as it can burn energy of the foe's monk from 50 to 0 in less than 15 sec if apply some good degen/pressure

A low energy set would be the bane of that.
Although catching a Monk in the high energy set and using it would be quite devastating.

I have yet to find an archers signet build that is superior to prepared shot. A few I have seen are close to being equal, but they are always very obscure. Overall: Fail. And remember that with mantra of ins you are using two skills to do what one skill can do already.

And as already stated, the big fail of archers signet is that it is in expertise. It only get's its most usefull stats at high expertise: in which case your bow attacks wont really cost much anyways and thus you dont need it. Prepared shot allows you to skimp on expertise a bit and give room to other attributes.
