Poison tip signet is only useful in a build with BHA and no apply poison (due to volley probably), otherwise its a waste of a skill. If you wnt to spread poison use apply. Its crap on barrage coz only effects one arrow.

I found good use to Markman's Wager, although it is Expertise. Lets me spam attacks without losing any energy.
Altho it's bad if the enemy can block or dodge, -10 energy loss is quite bad if it happens several times. |
