Well then he can just sit on the side while everyone else ganks you? But most warriors are too retarded to realize that stopping = good

As a thing to note, Insidious Parasite and Price of Failure work against each other;
Insidious Parasite only triggers on a successful hit, while Price of Failure only triggers on a miss.

Or, said another way, they work perfectly together (i.e. hit or miss, the enemy will take damage if he attacks).

Much like Backfire and Wastrel's Worry.

^^ lol thats a good point. it's a pretty good skill, yeah, but the energy consumption is a little high and it doesn't do enough for my tastes. i'd rather just nuke em

But the enemy will only miss if you do something to cause him to. If you don't, then Insidious Parasite will trigger every time. If you are doing to make him miss, then why the heck would you also spend a skill slot and 15 energy on a hex that won't do anything if he misses? It's like using firing Choking Gas arrows at a target who's been Backfired and hoping for big damage.

It's not at all like Backfire or Wastrel's Worry. In that case you're using two conditional skills with opposite conditions to reinforce each other. In the Price/Parasite case, one skill is actively weakening the effect of the other in order to get its own effect in.

Combine it with Enfeeble/Enfeebling blood to gain more health than the damage the opposite W or R does.
However I always found it was really too expensive for the benefit it gave.
