Default Help me with my Paragon PvE Build :)

I'm kinda new to all this paragon malarkey (arent we all?) and was wondering what you guys thought of this build. It basically provides a bit of defensive support with the shouts, and uses soldiers fury and spear attacks to provide offensive support. Wild throw to stop those bloody kournan bowmen, dervishes, madness titans and whatever else dares to use an evasion stance vs me

VERSION 2

Paragon/Warrior
Level: 20

Leadership: 11 (10+1)
Spear Mastery: 15 (11+4)
Command: 11 (10+1)

Aggressive Refrain (Leadership)
For 20 seconds, you attack 25% faster. This Echo is reapplied every time a Chant or Shout ends on you.
Energy:25 Cast:2 Recharge:20

Cruel Spear [Elite] (Spear Mastery)
If this attack hits, you deal +40 damage. If it hits a non-moving target, you inflict a deep wound for 40 seconds.
Adrenaline:7

Blazing Spear (Spear Mastery)
If this attack hits, it deals +20 damage and sets target foe on fire for 3 seconds.
Adrenaline:7

Wild Throw (Spear Mastery)
If this attack hits, it deals +20 damage, and any stance being used by your target ends. This attack cannot be "blocked" or "evaded".
Adrenaline:7

"Stand Your Ground!" (Command)
For 28 seconds, all party members within earshot recieve 24 armour when not moving.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:45

Anthem of Flame (Leadership)
For 10 seconds, the next attack Skill used by each ally within earshot also causes Burning for 3 seconds.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:10

"Go For The Eyes!" (Command)
For 10 seconds, the next time each ally within earshot makes an attack, they have an additional 63% chance to critical.
Adrenaline:4

Resurrection Signet ()
Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. You may use this Signet only once per mission.
Energy:0 Cast:3 Recharge:0

Quick glance: try aggressive refrain (leadership) and save your elite slot

I don't play Paragon (yet) so I can't say much, but take Sunspear Rebirth Signet instead of Resurrection Signet.

The thing i dont like about a.refrain is the energy cost - 25 energy kills a 30energy, 2 regen paragon. Also, a.refrain only has a 25% boost, doesnt it?

It can be kept up pretty much indefinetly though, and then you can use cruel spear.

Since I don't see a refrain up there, I'd suggest swapping watch yourself for something else. Unless of course, you put aggressive refrain in. With zero or low tactics, watch yourself can be used to reapply echoes. But you already knew that right? ^_^

Aggressive is cheap, you just precast before battle and never need to do so again. Keep it up with burning anthem or similar. I'm not sure about the lower speed, I wouldn't think so though?

I don't like "Never Surrender!" very much, but maybe it's just me..

I'd take "Go For the Eyes!".. actually Gfte never leaves my skillbar.
And yeah, go with Skuld's sugestion--Aggressive Refrain is really easy to keep up. You'll quickly regain your energy with 10 Leadership and 3 Chants/shouts

a.refrain instead of soldiers fury
cruel spear instead of blazing spear
and anthem of flame instead of never surrender or stand your ground ?

I'd take blazing spear if you're not bringing burning refrain or a searing flames hero. Burning is a powerful condition, and helps you plow through things quickly. Cruel spear is merely so-so, but you seem to want to do damage moreso than mitigate it, hence my reccomendation of it's inclusion.

yes agressive is only 25% IAS and solder's is 33%. Cost is a non-issue if you posses a nice adrenaline shout. decide what's more important to you. More IAS or free elite slot.

I really wanted Soldier Fury to be better when I first got it, but it's just the 8% really. I would use Anthem of Flame in the build either way though... it's gonna be hard to be under the effects of a chant or shout 24/7 otherwise.Unless you think you can do that with just watch yourself?

Go For The Eyes is adviceable, same adrenaline cost as Watch Yourself, but more damage oriented.

Version 2 of build. But aggressive refrain in, swapped spear of lightning for cruel spear and swapped watch yourself for go for the eyes. Thoughts?
Also, how easy/difficult is it to keep up a.refrain when not in battle? The only way you can keep it up then is to continuously spam anthem of flame, or let it wear off... not sure which is best.
(Res Sig will be swapped for sunspear res, but i did this on gwfreaks which doesnt have pve skills for some reason)
