Monk / Paragon.

Any build ideas for it? I took Paragon as my secondary for my first monk, a protection monk, thinking "don't Paragons do protection / boosting as well?"

But now I'm coming up empty after seeing the Paragon skill list.

ops:

I could just ignore the secondary until I get to the mainland and can change, but I'd like to see if I could take advantage of it instead...

Well you could take some of the team-buffing chants, although for what they do, they are a bit expensive. 10 energy to give everyone an 80 point heal IF they use a spell in the next 10 seconds?

I think Paragons also got a good condition removal signet, but it only works on yourself. But it could make a nice solution to dazed in PvP if CoP doesn't work well with your build.

Sorry I haven't really used a paragon myself so couldn't think of much.

Not much, really. Maybe get accustomed to wanding and use occasional adrenal shouts..."Go for the Eyes!" is nice. But it's nowhere related to monking. No "Watch Yourself!" hurts.

Well I was looking at a paragon as a means for energy with leader's something...

It gives energy per party member near you, but the range was short, I think it was in the area. I think in GvG though, a paragon as a speed buffer/battery works very well... I saw war machine using one in a match, and he played his roll very well.

Perhaps Cautery [sp?] signet + remedy signet/ other condition removal?

You remove all conditions of all your party members, you burn , you use Remedy /other con. removal?

Probably already thought of but i figured i'd just place it here anyways.
