the builds doesnt really matter, it won't really affect your progress to become a LS. My paragon hit LS with the basic skills from completing quests, didn't buy any skills except for the for the Signet of Captures for elites. The basics of becoming a LS is to play safe, don't do missions with human players unless they know you are going for LS, because leaving halfway makes us LS look bad.
Now, this is how I got LS for my paragon. As soon as I enter Kamada, take a ferry to dock for max armor, do all non-primary quests on Istan except for the ones that don't offer SSP (I'm going to max SS title as well). After completion all primary quests on Istan, you should be somewhere about lvl15. Go to cantha to powerlevel to lvl19, go get olias and hit lvl20. Switch heros and powerlevel all of them to lvl20, finish Vinhzuhna Square mission, and get to Nahpui but not do it. Head over to Tyria and beat up dopple = easy 50k. Go pickup all the class change quests but not completing them. Head back to Cantha and finish Nahpui, buy all classes and head back to Tyria and finish off the class quests.
Go back to Elona farm SSP until capped, then finish all Isatan quests. complete all missions and quests and stop at the Seige mission in Vabbi (I chose MoW), capped all paragon elites on the way.
Complete all Cantha quests up to Unwaking Waters, repeat the Jade Arena Master's quest. (Don't forget to bring frozen soil with one of your hench to stop the mobs from using res sigs, so it will take you about 3min to complete)
I did it with all heroes and hench only, took me exactly 100 hours and 10 minutes. MM hero is a must for doing LS well, except for the repeated Jade Arena quest
