LOL so funny, the OP coming in here and saying how his build is the bomb and how it is so super, when I know he is full of shit. If you actually made this build, you'd notice it doesn't work.
Next time test your theorycraft before you make stupid posts like that.

I'm confused as to where you got the idea that the OP thought the build was "super" or whatever. I got from the OP that this build was just something fun to try out and that in theory it could be effective. Next time, don't call someone out for posting something "stupid" in the same breath as your own short, negative, unhelpful post.
When did it become flame-worthy to post an unpopular build?

In response to the flamer, the "bomb" part of my build title was not referring to the SWEET AWESOME RADNESS of the build, but rather the actual nature of it.
A slightly suicidal, armor ignoring dmg, cracked armor spreading build? Sounds pretty bomb-like to me! Replace "Contagion" with "Radiation Sickness" and "Dark Aura" with "Blast Radius" and you have a pretty decent analogy.
Did you actually try the build idea? It doesn't work very well save for some limited situations, which I made sure to mention. It excels in dungeons with lots of enemies that can be trapped on corners, but is relatively ineffective in open spaces, where the only real benefit you bring is with passive defense shouts you'd normally be using (in this build) on the front lines.
In conclusion, you should probably attempt using the build yourself and THEN criticize it based on its failings.
EDIT: I should also probably mention for the flamer's sake that when I say "SWEET AWESOME RADNESS" I am being sarcastic. The build is merely fun and bomb-like.

This is a very interesting idea! I will try it! Great innovation here.
Johnny Madhouse ... are you sure you're not really Johnny Animal House? I dub this The Paragon Deathmobile Build!

There are a few ways.
1. He uses some of his base 30e and uses it as soon as he hits the area, following it up with a chant/shout.
2. He has +e equipment such as a staff for those times when your monk ragequits or goes to the store and you're left with some dp. Then he follows it up with a chant/shout.
3. He drank some Red Bull, which would explain the wings. Oh and follows it up with a chant/shout.
Cheers,
TB

its a nice build...for necros to run. not paragons. I already tried this build (the one made for the necro) on my necro wich is very resemblant to this one...amd it works WAY better on him than on my paragon. =/

How does your necro manage the energy on Aggressive Refrain? Or are you playing with another paragon, and you have Draw Conditions + Contagion + Dark Aura?

no no. I'm refering to the N/D build. wich is very similar. I was just saying that running that contagion N/D build > P/N Build.

Despite the nay-sayers, this could be quite promising...
Like, if you have a team of 8 paragons, one or two of them with this build (+ purifying finale to auto-remove the cracked armor), would you get a lame HA build similar to ye olde zealots fire smite?
