Yes, it is. You don't see me denying that.
The difference is that one needs to take a ranger then (well, duh!). What Stunning Strike enables is to have a worse version of daze on a character that can do so much for the team - damage, massive protection and heal. It just adds an extra dimension to an already insane class.
Is it needed?
Not really. But let's face it - FA isn't needed. CS isn't needed.
It's just really nice! The same with SStrike.
It's a very viable option - and that is all one needs because of the way how PvE is designed.



But for those 5 bosses that need to get hit right away - yeah, BHA always!

Srsly, in PvE why would anyone run anything but Focussed Anger? Keeping up the allegiance warrior skill = hacks.

I'd much rather stick Cruel Spear or any other useful Paragon elite for that matter on a hero. Let the human run what it exclusively runs best.

Because PvE isn't DoA only?
Because one can run multiple Paragons?
Because PvE is designed so that Assassins and Mesmers can also win?

FGJ when Focused Anger is in downtime. FGJ is really optional.
