I think sword would be better, they can use Final Thrust for spiking I guess

i've been experimenting with coward and axe, using dismember-->penetrating-->critical chop as my attack.
i'm using critical chop, simply because it's an energy attack and can be used right after i use coward. one of the biggest weakness of coward wars is that they cannot go directly into their attack chain right after using coward. using the energy attack will charge up my other attack skills and avoid that problem.
the damage is pretty respectable. overall DPS is similar to that of a shock axe. spike damage is similar as well, since i have critical chop as my followup to penetrating.

It's up to preference. Both are viable. Swords add bleeding and an adrenaline boost, while axes have a bit more damage and an interrupt. Though I haven't seen Coward on an axe warrior yet.

this might be huge disadvantage, but have a War/R or P/R with Pet because with pet can have Beastly Mualing. Just think with Coward! that person will get killed if he doesnt move but if he does and having a Pet cause Daze on that person if he moves. Daze has a secs with Beastly Mauling it in Beast Attribute. It would be for Anti-Caster move.

thats a decent idea. no real good elites for a beast master anyway.

Coward is basically a wasted elite on a warrior bar. Bull's Strike does it better without being an elite. Perhaps other classes may have better luck?

Yes, but the warrior has to catch up to the foe in order to use Bull's Strike. It's a long-ranged snare, but it IS godly on a para

A long ranged adrenal based snare. With enough practice at Warrior (which isnt alot really), you can achieve the same results with Bull's. Besides, you should have some speed boost to cancel frenzy with, and if your not using frenzy, hehe, that's another story.
Honestly, the skill needs something else to make it worthy of an elite status.

It's the most fun I've had on my paragon in a while. Under "FGJ!" it's a 2-hit ranged (slightly conditional, though most foes tend to move anyway) Knockdown.

Paragons don't have many great elites to choose from imo. It's like...the Paragon's missing elite.

with "annoying on a paragon" i ment "annoying for the people playing against said paragon".
However, FGJ rarely fits on a paragon bar imo, as at least in GvG there are countless better options. And an elite 4 adrenaline ranged conditional KD is nothing spectacular ... It can have it's uses, sure. Good buff i guess ^^

I tried it out. Lots of fun, but probably not as effective as your normal crip slash or eviscerate build. We're just here to have fun though, am I right?

Yup, it's a build for screwing around that's actually acceptable.
8 paladins with bows in GvG aside.
