None of the paragon skills were hard to cap; all NF skills were pretty easy imo.

I only found one elite annoying to cap in NF. That was a Ritualist Elite. Can't recall which but it was in Depths of Madness. *to Gift3d: Thats easy to cap, and even easier to cap if you have EN*

Not true, I hear Healer's Boon is a bitch to cap.
As for paragon skills, None of them are particularly hard. Enemy Paragons can pretty much be ignored until last :/

Your thinking of Xinrae's Weapon which is a bitch to cap.

You can only mean Xinrae's Weapon, ug that was SUCH a pain to cap on my rit, but then, she was my first character through NF, it'd probably be lots easier now with more experience running heroes, more skills on them, PvE skills, and heck they nerfed all the Torment areas since then. I've never had problems with any capping in NF other than that, and I've snagged every elite except sin elites on one character or another.

/Agree.
In NM, everything is easy.
In HM, it's just a matter of more careful pulling and less laziness, unless ofcourse you're in an Ursan group.

The only skills that are hard to cap are those random spawns in Tyria. What's the problem if you know where the boss is and you can kill him in NM?

Capped about 60% playing through in NM, capped the other 40% in HM with H/H while vanquishing> nothing including HB and the ones in RoT were hard to get.
I play as a paragon and run with a version of sabway, maybe that is why I found it easy.

None of them imo, stunning strike would be the hardest but with the release of eotn they made an easier boss to get to and kill for it.
